No, doing it once a month or once every two months is causing chaos with everyone PK'ing. The server transfer cycle is so short that they're just playing recklessly with the mindset of laundering their identity through server transfer, so they think the line is easy.

하수도에서 발각되면 맵을 뛰어다는 유령 몬스터가 보트를 타도 물위까지 건너 따라오는데
이때 부딪히면 한칸씩 밀리면서 간혹 저렇게 맵 안으로 들어가 전투가 끝나면
움직이지 못하는 현상이 발생합니다.
단순히 보트 탑승 시 뿐만 아니라 물 쪽에 가까운데 위치해있다가 부딪혀도
물 쪽으로 밀리면서 움직이지 못 할 때가 있습니다.
