> 문의 내용 : 귀곡팔황이 어느 순간에서 부터인가 소리가 안나오고 있습니다. 음향설정을 0으로 해둔 것도 아니고 게임실행 우측 톱니바퀴(설정)에서 검사 및 복구도 해보았고 전체 삭제후 재설치도 해보았지만 동일 현상이 오랜기간 유지되고 있습니다.(3일 이상의 텀을 두고 적어도 3회 이상 시도해봤습니다) 게시판에 문의해도 별다른 답이 없어서 문의드립니다.

1.상세경로: 설정에 음향 설정 정상이라고 밝혔고 컴퓨터 자체에 사운드 문제 없는데 무슨 경로를 묻는겁니까? 확인 위해 디버깅 파일 경로 안내하고 요청하는 것도 아니고 사양 묻는 것도 아니고, 게임 설치폴더라도 말해달라는 겁니까?
2.동영상첨부:지포스 익스피리언스로 녹화 보내드리는 것 가능합니다. 그런데 소리 안나오는 동영상과 음향설정 문제 없는 것을 동영상으로 녹화해서 보내면 딱히 도움이 되는건지 되묻고 싶습니다.
3. 다른 컴퓨터로 확인 시 동일하게 안되는지: 고객 중에 2대 이상 컴퓨터 소유자가 일반적입니까? 해당사항 확인하려면 저는 피시방 가서 시간과 돈을 들여 확인해야됩니다. 이거 설치용량이 6GB 넘는 게임이고, 고사양 PC도 설치하는데 수분 소요됩니다. 거기다가 스토브 클라이언트도 기본적으로 깔려있지 않으니 추가로 시간이 더 소요되겠죠. 적어도 해당 이슈가 있는지 없는지 여부는 안내하고 요청했어야 한다고 생각합니다.
그냥 첨부파일 없고 그냥 문의 하는 말 못믿겠으니 우리는 개발자 등 통해서 해당이슈 확인하기 귀찮으니 동영상이라도 찍어보내면 일단 그때부터라도 확인해볼게 라는 말로 들리네요. 해당 내용에 대해서 확인하고 해결하고자 하는 의지는 1도 느껴지지 않으며, 해결하는데 도움도 되지 않을 단순히 니 말 맞는지 아닌지 확인해보자는 식의 요청은 정말 실망스럽습니다.
장치관리자에서는 업데이트 확인시 최신버전이라고 나와서 문제없는 줄 알았는데, 말씀해주신 드라이브 부스터로 보니 업데이트가 하나 확인 되더군요. 덕분에 해결되었습니다. 감사합니다.

다수의 게임에서 문제가 발생하거나 사운드 자체가 안나오는게 문제면 드라이버 문제가 맞으니 말씀해주신 방법대로 하는게 맞는데, 이거 하나만 이럽니다. 스팀에 게임 수백개 스토브인디에도 게임 수십개가 있고, 최근에 플레이한 십수개의 게임 중 이거 하나만 그렇습니다. 컴퓨터를 20년 넘게 써왔고 OS 설치관리하는 정보기기운용기능사 자격증을 가지고 있습니다. 장치 드라이버 업데이트는 꾸준히 하고 있어서 해당 문제는 아니라고 봅니다. 드라이버 업데이트 문제가 사실이라고 해도 그러면 해당 이슈에 대해서 확인하고 문제가 발견된 드라이버나 드라이버 버전 등에 대한 안내가 있어야 되는게 당연한거죠.
