As of today, after completing Action Point Veronica, I am going to write a review of each Breath Control concept Veronica as if I were writing a diary.
There are always people who cut better and know more than me, but after cutting Veronica up there, I will wait for the next new character.
I have nothing to do and no structure kit (this is the biggest reason), so I will just write a few words reviewing the usability of each Veronica deck.

First of all, the one that made Kazena play the most delicious in Season 1
Breath Control 2 cards + 0 cost Wall 2 cards + Wrath Forbidden
This is the most common Veronica that can see a maximum draw of 2+2+2+2+3=11 in one turn.
(Veronica can only be used in simulations in Season 2,,,)
Season 1 The exclusive equipment of Laboratory 0 also has many delicious equipment that Veronica can use most usefully.
Laboratory 0 exclusive equipment that does not require refinement in Season 2 makes the game play flexible from the first turn.
The slightly disappointing disadvantage of Veronica, which I suddenly mention here, is that the deck circulation becomes smooth from the point when Veronica's enhanced cards are used up.
Preparing to Fire, Pendant, Preparing to Bomb = It is a waste of action points to invest in sub-dealers to consume all basic action points in one turn of 3 cost.

Superconducting Protein Equipment = Reduces the cost of 1 card in the first turn -> Reduces the burden of Preparing to Fire, which must be used with Gaejeon + Rocket Mantle = Draws one more card in the first turn

I think Veronica can use all the effects of these Laboratory 0 sub-dealer equipment most deliciously.
There is no need for a refinement event in Season 2.
No matter how much you copy 4 Breath Control cards with a new skill, it seems that you cannot follow the usability of Season 1 Veronica, which is supported by sub-equipment like the above.
Usability ★★★★★ (Based on Season 1 content)
Moderate damage. If you have enough action points, you can always use other combatant cards in one turn if you want.
Best match with Maylin. -> If you use Breath Control Kowalski 0 cost = 2 draw as much as possible, you can easily get at least Seungryonggak x10 in one turn.

Zergling Veronica
In fact, the equipment that combines the effects of Rocket Mantle + Superconducting Protein in Season 1 written above is
This is the Sphere of Random Numbers, but this is an item with a very low drop rate. Season 2 Veronica does not have Rocket Mantle or Protein like Laboratory in Season 1.
It seems that the high point of Zergling Veronica must be achieved with the Sphere of Random Numbers.
I would like to equip the Sphere of Random Numbers to all Veronica save points, but aiming for that requires really extraordinary grinding.
Unfortunately, I only equipped the Sphere of Random Numbers to this 0 cost = 3 draw Breath Control Veronica.
Considering the Sphere of Random Numbers, the 0 cost draw +1 new skill Breath Control = 3+3+3+3=12 draw Veronica also really fills the hand.
If you have enough action points, it seems that you can flexibly create the play you want in one turn.
But in this Season 2 Great Rift Colossus, shield supply is lacking, so operating in the Great Rift is very difficult ㅠㅜ.
Another disadvantage of Veronica mentioned here.
Hand supply is good, but the enemy's action points are also reduced as much as the hand supply.
->You have to be prepared to be hit by the enemy to some extent while collecting hands. There is a disappointing disadvantage.
It is a bit disappointing Veronica to use in this Season 2 deck compression meta ㅠ.

Shield Veronica
This is the Shield Veronica that allowed me to easily achieve 900,000+ in the Great Rift in Season 2.
Interestingly, each Flash of Veronica's main cards has a small shield ㅎ
So with Preparing to Fire Shield 20% + Pendant Shield 20% + Breath Control Shield 180%
Shield Veronica is a delicious combination of small shields and sub-deal.
In this Colossus Tipera + Veronica, shields are stably supplied every turn, so I was able to deal damage stably in the Great Rift.

Finally, Action Point Veronica is the play that you would expect.
I posted the picture at the beginning, so I'll just add comments.
Maximum 8 draws + 4 action points per turn = It has a really large versatility, so the combination pool is wide, so I don't know how to use it properly yet.
Versatility is the best among Veronica concepts.
Usability: ★★★★☆ (Slightly disappointing chronic problem of Veronica. Hand supply = enemy action points)

I never expected to enjoy all the Veronica concepts this season like this.
The save data reorganization this season is really big beyond imagination.
Still, it's really disappointing and frustrating that it's Tipera, Nine, and Remake Orlea's birthday party season.
Other people should just look at it for reference before cutting Veronica save data.
If you set your mind to it, anyone can invest only 1-2 hours without any burden regardless of Veronica breakthrough.
If you choose Breath Control with a new skill in Chaos Stage 1 this season, you can easily create it.
I recommend that you cut a few when you have time! It goes well with any content except the Great Rift.
The game becomes really, really easy!

Story:

The Good:
1. Surprisingly Deep Gameplay: This isn't just a "click to win" game. It’s a tactical RPG with lane-based tower defense. You have to manage your economy, upgrade specific units, and actually think about troop placement.
2. The "One More Level" loop: It’s surprisingly addictive. You win a tough battle, get some gold, upgrade your girls, and then you’re like, "Okay, just one more stage to see what happens next."
The Not-So-Good:
1. Translation Quirks: While totally playable, you’ll definitely spot some "Engrish" or clunky dialogue here and there.
2. Difficulty Spikes: Some of the later chapters (like the infamous Chapter 13) can feel like a brick wall if you haven't been farming gear or upgrading correctly.

<선더드>, 영어로는 Sundered입니다. sunder가 찢다라는 의미이니 sundered는 찢었다? 굉장한 제목이 아닐 수 없었습니다. 스스로를 '찢었다'라고 칭할 자신감이라니요. 캐나다의 인디개발팀 '선더 로터스 게임즈'에서 만든 이 작품, 일단 플레이해보기로 결정하였습니다. 사실 간만에 플랫포머 액션 게임을 해보고 싶었기때문이죠. 명절간 체력보충을 하였기에 피지컬 게임에 대한 알 수 없는 자신감이 생겼다고 보시면 됩니다.
누구나 그럴듯한 계획을 가지고 있는 것이죠...

<선더드>의 주인공, 애쉬예요. 사막을 헤메던 애쉬는 정체불명의 비석을 발견하지만 알 수 없는 존재들에게 붙잡히게 되죠. 크툰크툰하죠? 제가 참 좋아하는 장르인데말이죠. 조금 찾아보니 크툴루적인 면이 있는 작품이더군요. 일단 10점 주겠습니다. 그래서 블러드본 PC판은 언제 나오는거냐?!

애쉬가 무엇을 하던 사람인지에 대해서는 자세한 설명을 해주지 않습니다. 다만 홀로 사막을 건너는 모습이라던지 처음보는 괴물들을 손쉽게 처리하고 탈인간급 곡예를 선보이는 것을 볼 때 원래부터 예사롭지 않는 직업을 가졌을 것이라는 것을 추측하는 것은 그리 어렵지 않습니다.

알 수 없는 곳으로 끌려와서 무기도 없던 애쉬의 조력자를 자처한 것은 바로 '트라페조헤드론'이라는 존재이죠. 아무리봐도 흑막처럼 생겼는데 이유도 없이 도와준다고 하는 것에서 최종보스는 이녀석이 될지도 모르겠다는 생각이 드는 것은 합리적인 의심이라고 할 수 있습니다.
일단은 함께하게된 '트라페조헤드론'은 애쉬의 근접 무기로 활약하게 되죠. 공격키를 누르면 검의 형태, 망치의 형태등 다양한 형태로 적을 공격할 수 있게 해줍니다. 이쯤에서 이 게임 <선더드>의 장점을 보실까요?
캐나다산 일등급 소고기의 육질과 같은 모션

이 작품의 최대 강점이라고 할만한 것은 바로 부드럽다못해 부들부들한 액션이라고 할 수 있는데요. 기본적인 이동부터 점프, 공격 모든 것이 매우 인상적이라고 할만큼 훌륭한 퀄리티를 보여줍니다.
이 게임을 플레이하면서 떠오른게 바로 고전 디즈니 애니메이션을 기반으로한 라이온킹같은 게임이었는데요. 캐릭터나 적들도 카툰스러운게 꽤나 비슷한 느낌을 보여주었네요.

이 작품에서는 점프가 매우 중요한 역할을 하는데 벽점프는 기본이면 더블점프를 획득한 뒤에는 공중에서 적을 공격하면서 무한히 점프를 할 수 있기에 피지컬에 따라서는 매우 다이나믹한 플랫폼액션을 이어갈 수 있어요. 좌로 우로 벽점프만 해도 만족스러운데 말이죠.


물론 이것은 초반에만 국한된 것으로 스테이지를 이어갈수록 추가되는 능력들로 인해서 점차 비선형으로 늘어나는 활동반경을 얻게 됩니다. 공중 대쉬부터 중력신발, 갈고리 등을 스테이지를 진행함에 따라서 얻게 되죠.
타락과 정화, 당신의 선택은?

끼요옷!!!!
선더드에서는 보스를 처치하면 엘더 샤드라는 것을 얻을 수 있어요. 옆에서 자꾸 타락타락~하는 '트라페조헤드론'의 말에 따라서 이것을 통해 스킬을 타락시킬 수 있는데요. 그러면 스킬이 더욱 강력하게 변할 수 있지만 다만 스킬 타락은 엔딩 분기와 연관이 있다는 것을 명심해야 해요.

반대로 모험 중 발견하게 되는 소각로에서 엘더 샤드를 파괴할 수도 있죠. 이럴 경우 반대로 저항이라는 스킬을 해금할 수도 있답니다. 그리고 당연히 이것도 엔딩과 연관이 있다는 것은 벌써 눈치채셨겠죠?
총 3가지로 나뉘는 엔딩은 엘더 샤드를 모두 타락시키거나 모두 소각시키거나 이도저도 아닐때 3가지로 분기된다고 하니 참고하세요.

이렇게 캐나다의 인디게임 제작팀 '선더 로터스 게임즈'에서 제작하여 2017년에 출시한 <선더드>에 대해서 간단히 알아보았는데요. 플랫포머 액션 게임으로서의 부드러운 액션이 일품이라고 할 수 있는 이 작품은 꽤나 괜찮지 않나 생각해봅니다.
