☆☆4. 제세공과금 관련 개인정보를 등록하지 않으면 스토브캐시 지급이 불가능하다. ---13일까지 등록이 가능하며 13일까지 신청한 사람에 한해서만 지급할 것이다. 그 이후는 신청이 불가능하며 지급도 불가능하다라는 언급이 없음. 물론 제세공과금에 관한 언급은 유의사항에도 나와 있지만, 문제는! 환불에 관한 내용은 기한이 정확히 명시되어 있지만 5만이상캐시에 대한 제세공과금 개인정보입력 기한이 없다는 점임.
☆☆☆공지사항에서 13일까지 입력하라는 공지가 있었더라도 유의사항에는 동일한 언급이 없다는 점.
배너등을 활용한 공지가 미급했다는 점(이벤트 중단과 사과문은 대문에 걸고 지급관련은 찾기도 힘듬) 등을 따져볼때 신청못한게 지능의 문제가 아님.

그리고 이건 제 기억이 애매한데 이벤트 중단, 사과문 걸어놓은 공지에 지급 관련 일정과 개인정보 입력 관해서는 적혀있지 않았나요? 그냥 스크롤만 조금 내려도 보이고 저도 바로 확인해서 공지 수정된 날에 바로 개인정보 입력했는데요 따로 찾아본것도 아닌 맨위 공지글에 나온거 보고요

13일에 뭐한다는게 왜 헷갈리시나요 문장 맨 앞에 보상 캐시 지급은 이라고 명시 되어있잖아요 이것만 봐도 13일에 지급이 진행된다는거라고 알 수 있는데 그리고 애초에 13일에 지급을 완료한다고 하지 않고 진행한다고 하고 있잖아요 그리고 빙고 이벤트 글 아래 주의사항에 5만 캐시 이상은 제세공과금 처리가 필요하다고 명시되어있어요
