Q. 왜 주민등록번호와 주소를 수집하나요?
5만원 이상의 경품에는 소득세법에 따라 기타소득세가 부과됩니다. 소득세법에는 기타소득세 납부 시기와 주체를 "기타 소득을 지급하는 시점에 지급하는 주체인 원천징수 의무자가 한다"고 명시되어 있습니다. 따라서 스토브는 제세공과금 신고를 위해 고객님의 주민등록번호, 주소, 연락처를 수집하고 있으며, 수집한 개인정보는 엄격하게 관리하고 목적 달성 후 지체없이 파기하고 있습니다.
Q. 계정 명의자와 개인정보 제공자가 달라도 되나요?
계정 명의상 이용자와 실제 사용 회원이 다른 경우 STOVE서비스 이용 약관에 따라 이용이 제한될 수 있습니다. 또한, 위에서 말씀드린 것처럼 세금 신고에 사용되기 때문에 경우에 따라 계정 명의와 사용자가 다른 경우 문제가 될 수 있어 반드시 계정 명의상 정보로 입력 부탁드립니다.
Q. 주민등록번호는 모두 다 적어야 하나요?
주민등록번호를 수집하는 이유는 소득세법에 따라 5만원 이상의 경품에 발생하는 제세공과금(기타소득세) 신고를 위함으로, 내부 보관이 아니라 관련 기관 제출용이기 때문에 전부 입력해 주셔야 합니다.
혹 일부만 입력하시는 경우 경품 지급이 어려울 수 있음을 양해 부탁드립니다.
Q. 집 주소는 정확하게 적어야 하나요?
집 주소의 경우 세부 주소까지 입력하지 않으셔도 좋습니다. 다만, 세금 신고 및 이후 처리 과정에서 필요 시 기입해주신 다른 연락처로 유관기관의 연락이 갈 수 있는 점 참고 부탁드립니다.
Q. 주민등록번호에 "-"은 입력해야 하나요?
주민등록번호 입력 시 '-'는 가급적 넣어주시기를 부탁드립니다.
물론 넣지 않아도 확인은 되니 만약 넣지 않은 채로 제출하셨다면 다시 제출하실 필요는 없습니다.
Q. 스토브에서 이벤트 관련 내용으로 별도로 연락을 하나요?
저희는 별도로 확인 연락을 드리지 않습니다. 다만, 세금 처리 시 문제가 발생한 경우 국세청 또는 세무서로부터 원천징수에 대한 연락이 갈 수 있습니다. 또한, 신고된 기타소득세는 연말정산 또는 소득세 신고 시 영향을 줄 수 있습니다.
Q. 개인정보를 잘 입력했는지 확인할 수 있나요?
현재 개인정보를 입력해주시는 페이지의 경우 개인정보를 다수 포함하고 있어 담당 부서의 특정 담당자만 접근할 수 있으며, 해당 페이지에 접근하는 과정도 굉장히 까다롭습니다. 이후에도 암호화된 파일을 유관부서로 전달하기 때문에 현실적으로 한 분 한 분 대답해드리기 매우 어려운 일임을 양해 부탁드립니다.
간혹 메일로 본인이 입력한 개인정보가 궁금하니 알려달라고 요청하시는 분도 계신데요, 확인 뿐 아니라 어떤 내용을 답변해드리는 일 역시 어려운 상황임을 이해해주세요.

Q. 설문을 중복 제출했어요. 혹시 문제가 될까요?
이후 데이터 가공 과정에서 동일 데이터를 제거하는 작업을 진행할 예정입니다. 다만, 중복 제출하시는 과정에서 혹 두 정보가 조금이라도 다를 경우 어떤 정보가 맞는지 확인할 길이 없어 자칫 보상이 오지급되거나 세금 신고 과정에서 문제가 발생할 수 있습니다.
가급적 한 번만 정확하게 입력 후 제출해주시기를 간곡히 부탁드립니다.
Q. 다른 계정으로 상품을 받을 수 있나요?
