I've been waiting for 2 weeks for the Chaos changes you promised, mainly to let us chose character for card replication and changing epiphanies at campfire, but it didn't happen. Wow. It may be in the future? What? Unacceptable, now with new event when you need to farm a deck for every character again its a must to start with that feature. Instead you introduced the worst part of the Chaos update you promised and thats the item imbuing. That will INCREASE the rng of the run, not decrease as you promised.

EDIT: this part was solved thanks to MichelAnge. It was just a very unfortunate and weird decision of devs to hide it. You can find these functions in Chaos tab under upgrade. Fun fact, whether its a feature or a bug, you can fully unlock one tab, refund, unlock another tab and refund again. That way everything will be unlocked and won't require you to buy previous tiers and you can just chose whatever upgrade you like.

You nerfed Tressa into oblivion and introduced Nine. Narja wasn't disappointing enough? Power level wise, compared to Serenei and Mei Lin, Nine is a toddler, not even worth pulling for. But I can live with that, I'll just skip her. 

Anyway if you want a defense based team with counterattacks and building up dmg card over turns, you need to heavily change the core mechanics of the game. Many monsters have enrage mechanics, Chaos have 2 of them in global effect (dmg and protection ever 3 turns) and each turn you receive 3 stress no matter what you do. That makes shield based teams unplayable. The shield disappears every turn (there is only one effect that lets you keep half of your shield for one turn only) so if you play counterattack or shield team build, but the enemy don't attack that given turn, you pretty much just pass. Plus the great event battles tend to come with a turn counter.

I don't know what you were thinking, but to summarize the patch with one word -underdelivered. Try not to overhype your capabilities in next patch please.

doesn't come out every season, why use the name Seasonal?

It's absurd, lol.

They released Seasonal thinking of making money without taking responsibility,

and because regular pickups aren't selling well, they're subtly trying to get away with it with clever wordplay, which is really annoying to see.

Why did you initially show the lobby version and then take it away from us? This is incredibly frustrating! Bring back the original art for Nine.
Edit: In the new lobby, even her hand looks unnatural. You just censored it without even changing the details on the art. It's just a shame

I just want to know why it’s so important for some people to want to tone down an optional lobby screen, when there’re other more modest options readily available?

They allow dual clients, but when I transferred diamonds earned with my sub-character to my main to upgrade my stats,

they gave me a 100-year permanent ban... I often move items to my main character by collecting them in the guild warehouse. 

They're implementing some AI system and banning a ranked user who even buys PNT partnership products,

They gave a 100-year permanent ban to a ranking user with full legendary gear without any warning message or clear reason for the ban...

There's no reason to play Road Nine if they provide service like this.

It's been over 2 weeks since I was banned. I don't even want to argue it.

I've put up with bugs, messed up systems, and poor, immature management and played the game for over a year,

There's a reason why the sales ranking is going behind 100th place.

I went out to my alt character and came back when a random notification to set an alt character nickname popped up, and it was exactly 10 o'clock, so my transfer ticket flew away

I tried to transfer on time to check if the PKs were transferring...

I thought they would naturally return the transfer ticket, but since I didn't cancel the transfer, 3,000 diamonds just disappeared...

I can't believe there's a game like this... full of PKs and even the transfer ticket is gone...
