They're still doing this. There are still tons of neutral mounts that haven't been filled. Are you only letting a few people use the mounts?
It should come from elite mobs or guild bosses.
Are you even playing the game? I'm asking because it seems like you're playing Lineage Classic instead.

인디 게임치고는 나름 괜찮은 그래픽과 언리얼 엔진이라는 친숙하고 유명한 엔진 사용으로 인해 큰 위화감은 없음.
다만 튜토리얼 및 유저 친화적인 게임은 아니며, 상향 평준화가 되어가고 있는 시점에서 그래픽은 다소 감점의 요소.
기타 전체적으로 깔끔한 UI와 사운드 등 기타 효과는 만족할만한 편.
킬링 타임용 공포게임으로 적합한 게임.
그래픽이 아쉽네요.
