3> Details and How to Participate

① During the event period, ＜Event＞ will be displayed on [Lobby > Summon].

② During the event period, the number of free Covenant Summons available for 7 days from the date of your first connection to Epic Seven will change from 1 → 11.

③ After using all 11 free summons, using Covenant Summons will consume Covenant Bookmarks.

※ Please be sure to note the following!

- The Free Covenant Summon Event allows you to perform 11 free summons in Covenant Summon every day for 7 days.

- During the event period, if you purchase products such as the "Daily Summon Pack" that include an increased number of free Covenant Summons, the number of free summons will increase during the period they are applied.

  －＞Example: When purchasing the "Daily Summon Pack", you can perform a total of 15 free Covenant Summons: 11 free Covenant Summons applied by the event + 4 additional summon opportunities.

- The Free Covenant Summon Event will be held for 7 days from the day you first connect to the game within the specified period.

㈜Smilegate(Hereinafter referred to as “Company”) supports Epic Seven users in creating and distributing various goods (images, videos, music, sounds, voices, or other components using/combining Epic Seven game content IP, etc.) and tangible objects (hereinafter referred to as “‘Creative Goods’”).

To this end, please be sure to comply with the matters outlined in this 「Epic Seven ‘Creative Goods’ Guidelines」 (hereinafter referred to as “this Guidelines”).

1. Please protect the honor, reputation, worldview, and values of Epic Seven IP.

The company believes in the infinite potential of users (hereinafter referred to as “creators”) who create ‘creative goods’. We also believe that creators will protect and not damage the honor, reputation, worldview, and values of our Epic Seven.

Creators must not violate laws, such as illegally stealing other people's works, or infringe on the rights of third parties, such as intellectual property rights and portrait rights, and must not violate public morals, social ethics, or order.

In addition, we do not create for political or religious purposes, or create hatred, profanity, discriminatory views, or insults against specific groups or others, and do not defame others through acts intended to slander others.

2. Anyone who is an Epic Seven user can freely create.

The company encourages individual users, excluding companies (including businesses) or for-profit organizations, to freely use Epic Seven's intellectual property rights to engage in various creative (creation and distribution) activities.

Creators can produce ‘creative goods’ without quantity restrictions, and are allowed to possess or distribute ‘creative goods’ free of charge, as well as sell them for a fee while complying with these guidelines. However, the company may request sales information if necessary to protect the ‘creative goods’ created by creators.

3. ‘Creative goods’ can be produced/sold/distributed.

The design of ‘creative goods’ is only possible if the creator uses newly created secondary creation artwork, and designs with low creativity (designs using in-game and tracing sources, official artwork, and promotional content, etc.) cannot be used.

If a company (including a business) or a for-profit organization, rather than an individual user, illegally produces, distributes, or sells ‘creative goods’ without signing a formal license agreement with the company, they may be held legally responsible.

If the company confirms an act that violates these guidelines, it may request the production, distribution, and sale of the ‘creative goods’ to be stopped, and if the company's request is not fulfilled, additional measures may be taken.

4. Please protect the Epic Seven brand.

If the company deems it necessary, it may provide some Epic Seven content resources to help creators create better ‘creative goods’.

If you have received Epic Seven content resources from the company, you may use the resources within the scope of compliance with the guidelines provided by the company.

Resources provided by the company must not be transferred or distributed to anyone other than the permitted creator, and this may be subject to disadvantages under this policy or legal sanctions.

The creator can own the copyright to the ‘creative goods’ created by the creator, but other intellectual property rights (trademark rights, patent rights, etc.) are owned by the company.

Creators must specify or display the following phrase or dedicated logo in one of the ‘creative goods’ product, ‘creative goods’ package, and sales page (including all places where ‘creative goods’ are sold, such as store sales pages and SNS sales posts).

This is to indicate that it is not an official product of the company and to protect the production or paid sales of ‘creative goods’ by creators, and the following basic, abbreviated phrases, or horizontal or center-aligned ‘creative goods’ You can select and use one of the dedicated logos as needed.

It is not allowed to use the official trademarks or logos of the company and Epic Seven.

5. Please protect other creators’ ‘creative goods’.

Please do not use or modify and distribute/sell other creators’ ‘creative goods’ without permission.

6. The company may use your content.

The company is free to use the ‘creative goods’ created by creators.

For example, we may introduce ‘creative goods’ on Epic Seven's official channels or use content such as creative artwork or ‘creative goods’ images for marketing purposes.

7. Please protect undisclosed information.

The company may provide creators with game content information that has not yet been released in advance.

In this case, creators must not disclose the information to outside parties or others, and if they provide feedback, information, or suggestions regarding the information, the company may refer to or use the content without charge or obligation.

8. Please comply with the terms of use, etc.

These guidelines constitute part of the terms of use and operating policies posted by the company on the official community

(https://page.onstove.com/epicseven/kr), and may be modified or changed.

If the company provides resources or undisclosed content information to the creator in accordance with Sections 3 and 7 of these guidelines, each clause of the terms of use and operating policies will apply.

Matters not stipulated in these guidelines regarding ‘creative goods’ shall be governed by the company’s regulations, and if there is a conflict between the contents of these guidelines and the company’s regulations, these guidelines shall take precedence.

Separate guidelines apply to Japan.

9. Other

The company will not be involved in disputes between third parties in the process of creators generating ‘creative goods’ revenue.

This policy may be revised after prior notice, and after the effective date of the revised policy, the IP must be used in accordance with the revised policy.

The company is not responsible for damages caused by the user's failure to check the revised policy.

<Addendum>

These guidelines will be effective from January 02, 2026.

Smilegate Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Company’) has prepared these guidelines to allow creators to engage in more enjoyable and free secondary creation activities using Epic Seven (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Game’).

2Definition of secondary creation

- 'Original content' means all in-game content that makes up the game, such as the game's worldview, story, characters, images, sounds, and videos, and the official website.∙Community∙All official content and products created, posted, and sold by the company, such as SNS posts.

- 'Secondary creation' means an activity in which a creator creates new content based on the company's original content. The intangible results created through secondary creation are ‘secondary creations’, including goods, fan art, fan fiction, comics, cosplay costumes∙∙photos∙∙Includes various types of footage, etc. Simply using original content as is or simple modifications or adaptations that do not reflect the creator's new meaning or creation do not constitute secondary creation.

- Secondary creations can be freely posted∙Distribution is possible. However, if the secondary creation is a game, please contact us in advance before publishing.  

Scope of application of these guidelines

These guidelines apply to creators' secondary creation activities, and exclude businesses of for-profit companies∙∙businesses∙

for-profit organizations.

Permitted range

Creators are free to engage in secondary creation and can sell secondary creations for a fee. 

Other acts that violate good morals or social order or are difficult to accept in terms of social norms
