구조는 덱빌딩인데 카드 효과는 덱빌딩에서 보던 게 아니니 미묘하게 밸런스가 안 맞는 느낌이 들었다. 카드 테마당 한 개의 효과가 있다. 카드마다 개별적으로 효과를 가지고 있는 게 아니었다. 여기서 디저트 카드는 디너 카드의 하위호환이었다. 디너는 플러스마이너스 10으로 2개 중 하나의 카드만 얻으면 시너지를 얻는데, 디저트 카드는 반드시 자신과 동일한 원가를 지닌 카드가 걸려야 했다. 확률이 2배 차이가 나는 시점에서 30루비 지불로 전부 삭제하거나 컴플레인을 디저트에만 걸어야 했다. 개인적으로 디저트와 시너지를 내는 시설들도 효과가 전부 약한 느낌이었다. 시설마다 밸런스 차이가 매우 심했다. 개별 카드마다 고유의 효과를 가지고 있는 것이 아니기에 덱빌딩의 카드 조합이 아닌 시설 효과에만 의존하게 된다. 결국 루비 수급량이 매우 중요한 게임이 되었다. 초반 5일 안에 루비 수급이 가능한 시설 1개를 먹는게 좋았다. 이후부턴 이미 정답이 정해진 것처럼 특정 시설만 노리게 되었다. 디너를 고를 경우 수익 +400을 주는 평타 치는 시설, 파인 다이닝을 고를 경우 그냥 원가 배율 +5를 주는 개사기 시설, 패스트 푸드 3개 판매당 1 테이블을 주는 벨붕 시설, 이후 루비 수급 시설을 팔고 나머지 2자리는 루비를 요구하는 성장형 시설을 먹는 게 가장 안정적이었다. 이때 4루비 카드와 특수 요리 카드는 사면 안 됐다. 왜냐하면 돌발 상황 중 모든 카드 시너지 봉인, 80원 이상 카드와 시설 효과 봉인, 혹은 그냥 시설 2개 봉인 상황이 가장 위험하기 때문이다. 85원부터 카드 가격이 4루비가 된다. 55원 카드 5개, 100원 카드 5개의 수익 차이를 냈을 때, 그 값이 후반 평균 10배율 약 2250원밖에 안 나는데, 55~100원까지 서로 다른 카드가 10개가 있는 시점에서 1테이블당 2250원까지 원가 차이로 인한 수익 손해를 보는 일은 그냥 없다고 보면 됐기에 4루비 카드는 거르면 됐다. 이것 말고도 플레이 경험상 이해할 수 없는 밸런스를 가진 부분이 많았다.
