세계관이 매우 좋습니다.
- 어인과 인간, 그리고 어인이 될 수 없는 인간이라는 세계관이 굉장히 독특하면서 흥미롭네요. 배경(BGA)과 텍스트로도 그 독특함이 충분히 드러나서, 게임 시작부터 이후 스토리 전개에 대한 기대감이 느껴졌어요. "인간들이 대체 어쩌다 이렇게 물속에서 살 수밖에 없게 된 걸까?"라는 궁금증과 호기심도 생겨서 더욱 좋고요. 해저 세계 묘사라는 그 자체만으로 신비감이 드는 점도 좋았어요.
- 어개류라는 설정이 구체적으로 있는 점도 좋습니다. 보통 이렇게 비인간의 의인화라는 세계관에서 "이 비인간들은 그럼 뭘 먹고 살지?"라는 의문이 들게 마련인데, 그 점이 미리 해소되어 있어서 좋네요.
수시로 화면을 지나는 해저생물들은 다소 미묘합니다.
- 세계관에 대한 흥미를 유발시키고 비주얼 노벨 특유의 단조로운 게임성을 완화해 주는 긍정적인 요소 같기는 합니다.
- 그런 한편으로는, 텍스트에 대한 몰입을 다소 흐트러뜨리는 느낌도 조금은 있네요.
캐릭터나 배경의 애니메이션 효과도 아주 좋습니다.
- 비주얼 노벨은 화면이 정적이어서 몰입이 떨어지기 쉬운데, 그 점이 잘 보완되네요. 그리고 유튜브 등으로 게임 방송을 할 때 시청자들의 '보는 재미'에도 도움이 될 것 같아요.
- 마우스 커서를 따라 카렌의 시선이 움직이는 점도 아주 좋습니다. 캐릭터가 정말 살아있는 것 같아요. 다만, 스토리가 심각해지는 부분에서는 이 기능이 잠시 작동하지 않는 편이 몰입 면에서 나을 것 같네요.
카렌의 캐릭터성이 좋습니다.
- 카렌은 발랄하고 밝은 성격이 매력적이네요. 유저 입장에서는 정말 지켜주고 싶은 아이라는 느낌이네요.
- 카렌의 한쪽 팔이 없다는 것은 다소 호불호가 갈릴 만한 설정 같으나, 한편으로는 카렌의 팔을 복구할 방법을 꼭 찾고 싶어지기도 하네요. 그게 이 스토리에서 시온의 '최종 목적'이면 좋겠습니다.
- 카렌의 일본어 목소리도 자연스러운 것 같아요. 제가 일본인이 아니어서 정확히는 모르겠지만요.
