Are you releasing packages because you feel it's unfair to give them as rewards to 'gold farmers' and neutral players, and you don't want to give them? You guys don't keep your promises anyway, so just release a time shard package. Don't just talk the talk. You said the same thing during the 1st anniversary and left it as is, then made more packages. Are you treating user feedback like trash? You guys don't even play Load Nine. It's obvious that when bugs occur, you don't fix them on the same day but wait until the next update. And when you do fix them, you always do it during peak hours. Just do it during business hours instead. Please.

2)內容: 5★英雄「海斯特」及5★神器「里安娜&路西艾拉」召喚機率增加。
■保證召喚系統
1) 標示為保證召喚的英雄在每次召喚時，保證召喚次數會扣除1次(最多120次)。
2) 若保證召喚次數全部扣除時，將會有100%的機率在下一次的召喚中獲得此英雄。
3) 若召喚到保證召喚英雄時，保證召喚的次數將被重置。
