The reason I'm writing this time is not only because I wanted to say hello to you all,

In my history of external activities, >>the external activity Stove Crew onboarding, which gives the most prizes, and

for aspiring crew members who want to join Stove Crew<< I am writing this post,

If you feel, ' Aren't you just saying good things because you're part of Stove Crew?'you might think,

I took the kit I received from Stove on the subway for an hour, and the next day my arm had something that wasn't there before. Please believe me,
Anyway, I will start the post by sharing tips for faster portfolio and self-introduction letter writing for future crew members.

🫱Self-Introduction/Portfolio Tips🫱

For this Stove Crew 3rd term, rather than focusing solely on promotion, they seemed to have selected members based on their attractive characteristicsI believe they selected us based on.

The reason for this is, when I saw the introductions of the 3rd term crew members conducted by the employees, everyone had very different colors, majors,  characteristics, and strengths.
I wonder if it's only this term, but there were many people far from marketing. I also had a major completely unrelated to marketing, but they seemed to appreciate the uniqueness of 'drawing game fan art' ' and it was possible to get accepted. My portfolio was made solely with drawings, yet they selected me, which shows that these individual unique capabilities played a really important role!

Also, people who truly, truly love and enjoy gameswere selected! May good fortune come to sincere people! If you write with sincerity, expressing that you love games and enjoy various games, great luck will find you.🍀

After passing the first round, the second stage was a phone interview, and although I was so nervous that my legs were numb at first, the interviewer's friendly atmosphereallowed me to relax and continue the interview from the middle. In my interview, they asked questions based on my portfolio and self-introduction, with follow-up questions! At that time, due to the follow-up questions, I worried if my answers weren't satisfactory, and lived in anxiety, but then...

 The acceptance email arrived ㅠㅠㅠㅠ Hehehe, thank you Smilegate employees. This honor, etc.,,,

After that, the long-awaited kick-offwas held.
For reference, the Stove Crew kick-off was held on May 29th. The reason for writing this late,,an internship at another company is tormenting me...(Just kidding, I'm working well ㅠㅠ ㅎㅎ...) and similar various things happened, but it was the first time I finished an external activity with my arms full of things I received, so even though some time has passed, (to brag)I decided to write, and the day after the kick-off, I actually got muscle pain OMG💪💪💪💪💪
Now, I will briefly explain the Smilegate kick-off time.

The kick-off, held at the Seohyeon Station Smilegate Lounge,was a space for employees to rest, exuding the welfare benefits of a large corporation.

In the spacious venue where finding the restroom was a task, lecture hallI found it and waited while sitting until it started.
While waiting, I saw an employee ID card placed in front of me, and although it's embarrassing to say, at the time the employee ID looked so cool that on my way to the restroom, I took a photo with it . Kick

After the kick-off start time began, and after listening to the speeches of the cool department executives and managers,

the most impressive (by others) self-introduction timearrived.

The characteristics and stories of other crew members from the perspective of a current employeeIt was a time to unfold, so it was really! Really, really beneficial. However, during this time, I almost lost my spirit seeing so many amazing people, wondering what they saw in me to select me, but I reassured myself, thinking they must have selected me for my passion for games.

After that,  they showed us the organized teams, and fitting the name Stove, they named the teams s, t, o, v, e.

Looking at the previous term, S,  To, Beuwere the team names,,, Smilegate remains consistent,,

And the benefits of this Stove Crew are (drumroll)
Internship for 2 people and prize money for 3 people!

In addition to the great benefits of prize money and company life, they provided networking time and various other welfare benefits. For more details, let's enjoy them after you join as a crew member in the next term!

The photo below is the gift box provided to the crew members during the onboarding period. You could see the determination not to let you go empty-handed just from the size of the box.

The contents of this gift include Two outfits, keyrings, a cup, etc... abundant goods inside the box,,, etc. It was truly diverse.

Eventually, I was so filled with Stove pride that I ended up wearing my Stove Crew gift when I went to the movie theater...

For reference, everyone else at the movie theater who watched the movie with me was not a Stove Crew member, so they were abducted by aliens.

Besides the basic gift, quizzes and gachathrough other merchandiseare generously given as gifts, and

for quizzes, I had no chance as I have zero luck with quick reflexes.

Instead, I aimed for prizes through a lottery using the numbers on the back of the merchandise cards.
I won. Haha, actually, I wrote this long post because I wanted to brag about winning this.

Just kidding. (I was very excited because this was my first time winning such a prize.)

The additional prizes included a very large desk mat and a tumbler. For reference, I use the tumbler well when I go to work..ㅎㅎ

Looking at it like this, it seems smaller than I thought, but it's really big.

(I really got muscle pain carrying it, it was so hard)

Afterwards, we ate pizza drawn by Espa members with our team members and parted ways. Pizza  Yahoo~

Thus, the substantial and powerful Stove Crew kick-offcame to an end.

Even after the kick-off ends? Even after this post ends? One thing to keep in mind.
