Starting with Echidna, which I've cleared the most in solo,
I thought I'd try a party play challenge and looked at the recruitment list
I couldn't understand what the party recruitment posts meant 🤦♀️

Last time I asked a friend,
I heard about tri-hard >clear experience>semi-experienced>fully experienced,
Does 'carry party 1.5' mean the bus fee is 15,000 gold..?
But how do I pay? Do I trade in the dungeon..?
Does 'waiting at entrance' mean waiting at the entrance after entering...?
But in that party, there was a member who took off all their gear and was level 0.
Do everyone except the driver take it off before entering..? Why..?
It seems like 'minimal participation' means not participating in the auction.
But what is 'wing inquiry'? 🫨
I've only watched videos sporadically now,
I thought I'd join if there was a tri-hard party,
I just ended up reading a lot of terms I didn't understand 😂
By the way, even just watching the videos,
There's a huge, high, insurmountable wall between solo and hard mode.
I wonder if I should be going to normal mode first instead of attempting hard mode,
A thought suddenly crossed my mind 😂
I should look for normal mode strategy videos too!

Despite feeling unwell due to my period, I managed to clear sorties twice 🥰
I'm relieved that I was able to clear today's objective by solidifying the rescued empty spaces 🥰
I got stuck on the hard mode wolf in "Suzuran no Ken" (Sword of Lily), but I was able to strengthen it overall 😅
On the other side, the "Ring of Fate" is for the story, so it's frustrating when I can't progress.
(As it's an SRPG, it doesn't really suit me... though it's much better than rhythm games.)

4월 23일부터 발생한 에픽세븐 PC 클라이언트 접속 불가 현상이 아직까지 해결되지 않고 있습니다.

단순한 일시적 오류가 아니라, 일부 유저들은 현재까지도 게임 자체에 접속하지 못하는 심각한 장애를 겪고 있습니다.
그런데도 4월 29일 이후 추가 공지는 사실상 중단된 상태이며, 현재 어떤 원인을 확인 중인지, 재현은 되었는지, 해결 방향은 있는지조차 안내받지 못하고 있습니다.

현재 운영 측의 대응은 아래와 같은 수준에 머물러 있습니다.
“로그 파일과 기기 정보를 첨부해 고객센터로 문의해달라.”
물론 원인 파악을 위해 로그 수집은 필요할 수 있습니다.
하지만 수 주 동안 동일한 요청만 반복되고, 이후 진행 상황 공유조차 없다면 유저 입장에서는 문제 해결 의지가 있는지 의문이 들 수밖에 없습니다.

요청한 자료를 전부 전송드리고 위와 같이 답변 받았습니다. 29일 공지 이후로 어떤 조치가 있었습니까?
특히 문제가 발생한 기간 동안 출시된 패키지, 성장 상품, 이벤트 등은 정상적으로 판매 및 종료까지 진행되었습니다.
접속이 불가능했던 이용자들은 사실상 게임 플레이 자체를 하지 못했음에도 아무런 보호를 받지 못하고 있습니다.
서비스 장애 상황에서 중요한 것은 단순한 “복구”만이 아니라,
현재 어떤 상황인지 지속적으로 설명하고 이용자 피해를 최소화하려는 운영 측의 소통이라고 생각합니다.
실제로 게임 서비스 장애와 관련해서도 사업자의 고지 및 이용자 보호 책임에 대한 논의는 계속되어 왔습니다.

문제를 겪는 유저 수가 많지 않더라도, “게임 접속 자체가 불가능한 치명적 오류”라면 결코 우선순위가 낮아서는 안 된다고 생각합니다.
다른 게임사들의 사례를 보면, 접속 불가나 서버 장애가 발생했을 때 최소한 다음과 같은 대응은 이루어졌습니다.
실제로 메이플스토리, 던전앤파이터 및 STOVE의 다른 게임인 로스트아크 등 다양한 게임도 접속 장애 발생 시 사과 및 보상을 진행했고, 장애 상황에 대한 진행 경과를 지속적으로 공지했습니다. 물론 오류나 버그가 발생할 수도 있습니다. 그 점을 유저들이 불만을 가지는 것이 아닙니다.
지금 유저들이 원하는 건 무리한 보상이 아니라,
현재 어디까지 확인되었는지, 앞으로 어떻게 대응할 것인지에 대한 최소한의 공식 안내입니다.
침묵보다 답답한 대응은 없습니다. 여지껏 했던 그 어떤 게임보다 대응이 실망스럽습니다.
