We welcome everyone to showcase your creativity and present your wonderful works to other Fausts!
 
■ Contest Theme
This contest theme is divided into two major categories.

- Event Period: May 18 (Mon) ~ June 28 (Sun)
- Winner Announcement: July 18 (Sat)

■ How to Participate

◈ Required Attachment
- Layered original work file (e.g., .psd, .clip, .procreate, etc.)
◈ Recommended Attachment
- Work sketch (line art, etc.)
- Time-lapse video of the creation process
- Other related content that can prove non-use of AI
※ Even if you have uploaded your work, participation will not be recognized if the registration form is not filled out or if PSD files or other work files are not provided.
 
■ Additional Information
- Detailed guidelines for secondary creation will be handled according to theSecondary Creation Guidelines (click here to go).
- You may submit one or multiple entries (however, duplicate submissions of the same work will not be recognized).
- Submitted files will only be used for verification of AI usage during the review process.
- Image size is not limited. However, shortlisted winners will be asked to submit their data in the following format, so please be aware in advance:
- A4 size (2,894 pixels × 4,093 pixels / landscape or portrait is acceptable)
- Color mode: RGB
- Winners will receive an email explaining the purpose of collecting personal information for prize distribution and tax-related procedures.
 
■ ReviewMethod
Outstanding works will be selected through strict review by our company from all submitted entries for this contest.
 
■ Notes
Please read all terms and conditions below carefully and participate only after confirming your agreement.
By submitting your entry in the manner specified in "■How to Participate", you are deemed to have agreed to the terms of this announcement.
 
(1) Works (including nicknames) that fall under the following conditions will be excluded from the review. Furthermore, disqualification may occur even if discovered after the review process. If disqualified, prize money will not be awarded; if already awarded, recovery measures will be taken. Please be aware.
- Content unrelated to the contest theme
- Content commissioned by a third party (including paid commissions)
- Content submitted after the participation period has ended
- Content that uses AI-generated images or text, in whole or in part
- Content that violates game operating policies, or is deemed to imitate others' works or infringe on third-party rights
- Works containing excessive eroticism, violence, various forms of discrimination, or hate speech that violate public decency
- Content that has been commercialized or is planned for commercialization, or has participated in or won other contests
- Other content deemed inappropriate by our company
(2) The copyright of the submitted content belongs to the creator and remains with the winner after winning. However, Smilegate may negotiate with the shortlisted winner to transfer the copyright of the winning content; if an agreement cannot be reached, the winning eligibility may be revoked.
(3) Smilegate may publish winning works on its official website and social media accounts for promotional purposes.
(4) The selection results will not be individually notified to participants. The contest results will be announced through platforms such as Smilegate's operated websites and official social media accounts. 
(5) Regardless of whether they win or not, participants' submitted works, comments, and STOVE nicknames may be published in whole or in part on platforms operated by Smilegate, such as official websites, forums, and media, or displayed during events, with the participant's prior consent. The published content may be partially modified.
(6) If the uploaded work is deleted before the winner announcement, it will be excluded from the selection.
(7) Smilegate is not responsible for any costs incurred by participants in creating their entries.
(8) Smilegate is committed to protecting participants' personal information and collects and uses it in accordance with relevant laws. Personal information such as email addresses, social media accounts, and STOVE accounts collected during the entry application will only be used for identity verification, winner selection, authorization, legal compliance, and prize remittance.
(9) Our company may contact shortlisted candidates separately to explain the selection and award process. Failure to respond within a specified period after contact may result in the inability to grant awards and prizes. Please be aware in advance.
(10) Participation is open to all regardless of residence. Additionally, when receiving prize money, transaction fees may be deducted depending on the bank account's location. Please be aware in advance.

(2) Smilegate shall not be liable for any disputes arising between participants and third parties, or for any issues related to participation in this contest or the selection process, regardless of the cause.

(4) Smilegate shall not be liable for any damages incurred by participants due to this contest (including interruptions, suspensions, or cancellations).
(5) The Smilegate disclaimer clauses stipulated in this announcement shall not apply if the direct cause of the damage is due to the intentional act or gross negligence of our company.
