As of now (May 10th), the May 7th patch from the neighboring game has been applied.

- 드롭스 계정의 변경을 원하시는 경우 ‘다른 치지직/트위치 계정으로 변경’ 버튼으로 연결 계정 변경이 가능합니다.
- 카제나 계정이 확인되지 않거나 다른 계정으로 변경하고 싶으신 경우 ‘다른 게임 계정으로 변경’ 버튼으로 다시 진행해주세요.
※ 계정 연동을 먼저 진행하신 경우 드롭스 보상을 획득하기 전까지는 연동 페이지에 수령 가능한 보상이 표시되지 않습니다. 드롭스 보상은 반드시 “방송 시청 → 드롭스 보관함에서 수령”을 완료한 이후 연동 페이지에서 확인하실 수 있습니다.
3. 드롭스 보상 획득 및 카오스 제로 나이트메어 계정으로 수령하기
(1) 방송을 시청하여 드롭스 게이지가 100%에 도달한 후 ‘드롭스 보관함’에서 받기, 또는 신청 버튼을 눌러야 연동된 스토브 계정으로 인게임 보상 수령이 가능한 상태가 됩니다. 아래 경로에서 드롭스 보상을 수령해주세요.
* 치지직 드롭스: 프로필 아이콘 → 드롭스 보관함(바로가기) → 최신 획득 → ”드롭스 신청하기"
(※달성되지 않은 치지직 드롭스는 “도전 중” 탭에서 진행도 확인이 가능합니다.)
* 트위치 드롭스: 프로필 아이콘 → 드롭스 및 보상(바로가기) → 인벤토리 → “지금 받기”
(2) 정상적으로 스토브 계정과 치지직/트위치 계정이 연동됐다면 계정 연동 페이지(바로가기)에서 수령 가능한 보상 리스트에 보상이 추가됩니다.
(3) 보상 선택 후 [보상 받기] 버튼을 누르면 인게임 우편함으로 보상이 지급됩니다.
- 상황에 따라 지급되기까지 약 5분 정도의 소요될 수 있습니다.

- 계정 연동과 시청 조건 달성 순서 관계없이 보상 획득이 가능합니다.
* 상황1: 라이브 방송 시청 후 드롭스 보상 획득 및 수령 > 연동 페이지에서 계정 연동 후 보상 수령 가능

- 시청 보상은 동일한 날짜에 드롭스 태그가 활성화된 다른 방송을 시청한 경우에도 시청 시간이 누적 반영되지만, 한 번에 하나의 채널에서 하나의 방송을 시청한 경우에만 정상적으로 반영됩니다.
- 치지직과 트위치 두 플랫폼에서 모두 드롭스 보상 조건을 달성하신 경우라도 계정당 한 플랫폼에서 1회만 보상 수령이 가능합니다. (치지직+트위치 중복 보상 X)
- 계정 연동 후 드롭스 진행도를 100% 달성하더라도, 각 플랫폼의 드롭스 보관함에서 버튼을 클릭하여 수령하지 않으시면 연동 페이지에서 수령 가능한 인게임 보상으로 활성화되지 않습니다. (드롭스 보관함에서 수령 이후 연동 페이지에서 최종 수령 가능)
- 드롭스 보관함에서 드롭스 신청하기/지금 받기 버튼을 클릭하지 않은 상태에서 캠페인 종료된 경우, 종료 시점으로부터 일정 시간이 지나면 드롭스 보상은 더 이상 획득할 수 없게 됩니다.
- 계정 연동 페이지(바로가기)에서 아직 인게임으로 보상을 받지 않은 경우, 보상 획득 기간 내라면 언제든지 수령하실 수 있습니다. (*인게임 발송 후 보상 우편함 보관 기간: 7일)
- (iOS) 트위치 앱으로 드롭스 시청 미션 진행은 가능하나 앱 내 인벤토리에서 보상 수령은 불가합니다. 보상 수령을 희망하시는 경우 PC 또는 모바일 웹브라우저로 트위치에 접속하신 후 이용을 부탁드립니다.
