I feel like people wouldn't even be as disappointed with your decisions (about making imprint system pve only and not giving players actual dupe copies) if you gave us the carrot event's energy refund!!

Not having a premier farming event similar to last year's carrot event  energy refund is the nail in the coffin for your existing player base. But now you have taken everything away from us and this is just another run of the mill event when it should be a shining star of an event for the year.

Please bring back the energy refund!! Halve the refund if it is OP. Make spectral cores not give the currency if it is OP. BUT PLEASE GIVE US SOMETHING!!

There's an issue with the newbie mystic banner and the twin librarians' medals, where if you have 30 medals you can't summon at the discounted price, instead prompting the shop interface to buy mystics.

É uma injustiça para os veteranos. gastei dinheiro para conseguir o máximo de unidades possíveis, e ainda quero as duplicatas e o Imprint. 

it's not even fair beginners get a rhinak with a set of 291 spd while veterans can't even have rhinak on their limited selector THIS IS NOT FAIR, YOU DON'T CARE ABOUT OLD PLAYERS?

It is unfair for veterans. I am ok they give ml5 to new players but I have spend money to get all the units as possible, i still want the dupe and Imprint., you also gift the new player the limited hero with gear and artifact, WTF?????. All i can get in this event is one 20 speed gear? what is the point i spending money on this game to get ML and limited hero in these year???????????

La manera más inteligente que se me ocurre a día de hoy para que sea funcional el sistema del circuito de impresión, es que lo implementen como una extensión de los aweakens actuales para unidades muy antiguas y para las que menos se juegan en contenidos PvP, hacerla puramente PvE le quitaría el sentido al sistema ya que el PvE por dificultad a día de hoy no es un problema y entonces si tendría más sentido directamente eliminarlo, por lo que realmente creo que sería una lástima no aprovechar este sistema con la que se podrían Impulsar a unidades no tan populares e incluso olvidadas.

Some vets will skip buying the moonlight selector because they already have most units up to ML Taeyou, so you guys know they will prioritize buying the faint mana crystal to binge the imprint circuit before the RTA season starts. Now it only works on PVE. Once again, you successfully "ScamGate" vets.  Good Job!

If the imprint circuit system is going to be kept, please move the stat increases to final stats, not base stats. That would keep the promise you made regarding minimal impact. Also please address the dupe situation. A gacha game that doesn't let you keep the characters you gacha feels backwards at best.

Thank you for the dupes i can imprint/get coins on my ML...oh wait...nope. LMAO. By the time i get to the other chest to get another dupe to get some more coins for the event on my small amount of leifs i wont be bothered with this event. And whats up with the extra stats in RTA?

I understand that we need an influx of new players, that we need a way to attract players and not just attract them, but also retain them. Create a comfortable environment and generate interest and a desire to stay.

But it seems you've started to forget. Forget that the game depends on the veterans. The game exists thanks to the veterans and those who have been playing for a long time, who built the foundation.

Why are you treating the veterans like they're nothing? Are you right? Are you sane? With your attitude, you're alienating the most important layer of the game—THE EXISTING OLD-TIMERS. Newcomers come and go. And the veterans are the ones who keep your online stable.

Give the veterans and all the other players duplicate heroes. 

It was  YOURS words 10 ml heroes atleast,  so WHERE ARE MY DUPES?

Very disappointed, just got Choux in a chest. Thought I would use her to imprint my ML Choux but she is nowhere, not in my summon storage or in my hero inventory. Was about to send you guys a bug ticket but from what I read in the comments, it's not a bug. She turned into golden currency ... Knowing slates are already hard to get, not your smartest move SG. Please let us choose if we want to keep the dupe or exchange it for golden currency. 

POO ERA >:( no but seriously, we should be allowed to keep the dupes and the currency. the reality is just presumptuous lol. 

Why is everyone getting T32 guild frame?  Guild frame rewards always given wrongly. Kinda disappointing 

Very disappointed SG. Yes we don't like getting dupes, but changing all dupes u get for those glory coins is just bs. We should atleast be able to choose if we want to keep them or not. This New Era is a huge disappointment for the veteran players. Its all okay and all to give lots of stuff to newbies (so they join the game), but this particular strategy (of giving less rewards to veteran loyal players) will cost the veterans leaving the game.

after new era update, on the RTA always force close after banning phase please fix this i lost so many points already :(

Where's weekly reputation? I miss a free 2 gold Transmit Stone

There is a very situational issue when I buy the chest with the points while running a background farm the game client on PC just closes

So... basicaly many people told me the best time to come back is now.. and here iam.. after returning for 24 whole hours (!After close to 4 years break) and i cant play the game because i get that error pop up xD 

I guess its not the right time huh?

Please for the love of god patch this. I can’t tap on ANYTHING after closing this pop up. On mobile or the PC client.
