2. Details
- Issue where Gold was abnormally consumed when enhancing equipment through batch enhancement.
- Issue where the 'Equipment Enhancement EXP' increase effect was not applied during batch enhancement, causing excessive Powder of Knowledge to be consumed when enhancing equipment.
→ The consumed Powder of Knowledge will be reissued separately, and we will announce the distribution schedule through this notice.
- Perfumer's Exchange (Week 3 ~ Week 4) Item Improvements
→ Based on your feedback regarding the set options for the [Superior Conversion Gem Selection Chest] obtainable from the Week 2 Catalyst Chance Gift Box, we plan to improve some of the rewards in the Perfumer's Exchange.
→ We plan to provide items for all recently updated equipment set options in the [Superior Conversion Gem Selection Chest] and [Reforging Material Selection Chest] obtainable from the Week 3 Rune Chance Gift Box and Week 4 Molagora Chance Gift Box. We will continue to strive to provide more satisfactory services.
- Issue where the red dot remained even after the Rank-Up Pack in the Shop expired.
- Issue where users who purchased the Moonlight Blessing package before the 4/2 (Thu) update could not receive the 10x Speed Battle rewards from the new package '28 Days Sky Stone Attendance Package'.

To thank all Protos watching Chaos Zero Nightmare streams on CHZZK and Twitch, we would like to explain how to claim viewing rewards through the Drops campaign.
Watch the livestream on the official CZN channel or participating CZN content creators’ channels and earn rewards!
What are Drops?
- [Drops] are an event system that allows you to receive in-game item rewards based on your viewing time while watching CZN streams on CHZZK or Twitch.
→ If you watch a channel streaming CZN where Drops are enabled (Drops Enabled/ Drops tag), you will be automatically enrolled. Once you meet the required viewing time, you will be eligible to receive rewards.
→ Active Drops campaigns will be announced through Notices or official channels.
◤How to Link Your Drops Account and Claim Viewing Rewards◢
1. Watch the Stream
(1) Watch the livestream from the official channel or a content creator with Drops enabled on CHZZK or Twitch.
- You can check whether Drops are enabled through the Drops tag on each stream.

*Twitch
- Viewing requirements and reward details can be confirmed through the event notice or each platform’s Drops page.
(2) Viewing progress accumulates over time. Once you reach the required viewing time and progress reaches 100%, Drops rewards will be delivered to your Drops inventory.
2. Link Your Account
*Only platforms with an active Drops campaign can be selected.
(1) Go to the Drops account linking page (Link) and log in using the account that received the Drops reward.
(2) Log in to the STOVE account where you would like to receive the rewards and enter your game account information.
- If you wish to register without logging in to STOVE, select “Register without login” and enter your Server, Character Name, and Member Number.
(3) Confirm the linked game account and CHZZK / Twitch Drops account information.
- If you would like to change your Drops account, select "Change to another CHZZK / Twitch account."
- If your CZN account is not detected or you would like to change to another account, select “Change to another game account.”
* If you complete account linking first, available rewards will not appear on the linking page until Drops rewards are claimed from the Drops inventory. Drops rewards will appear on the linking page only after completing the following steps: Watch the stream → Claim rewards from the Drops inventory.
3. Claim Drops in Your CZN Account
(1) After your Drops progress reaches 100%, you must click Claim in the Drops inventory before rewards can be delivered to your linked STOVE account. Please claim Drops rewards through the following paths:
* CHZZK Drops: Profile icon → Drops Inventory(Link) → Latest Rewards → Claim Drops
(※Progress for incomplete Drops can be checked under the “In Progress” tab)
* Twitch Drops: Profile icon → Drops & Rewards(Link) → Inventory → Claim Now
(2) If your STOVE account and CHZZK / Twitch account are successfully linked, rewards will appear in the available rewards list on the account linking page (Link)
(3) Select the reward and press [Claim Reward] to receive it via your in-game mailbox.
- Delivery may take up to approximately 5 minutes depending on conditions.
* Please Note!
- Rewards can be obtained regardless of whether you complete account linking before or after meeting the viewing requirements.
* Example 1: Watch the livestream → Earn and claim Drops reward → Link account on the linking page → Receive reward
* Example 2: Link STOVE + CHZZK/Twitch account first → Watch the livestream → Earn and claim Drops reward → Receive reward on the linking page
- Viewing time will accumulate even when watching different Drops-enabled livestreams on the same day. However, progress is only counted correctly when watching one stream from one channel at a time.
- Even if you complete Drops reward conditions on both CHZZK and Twitch, rewards can only be claimed once per account from one platform. (CHZZK + Twitch duplicate rewards are not available.)
- Even if your Drops progress reaches 100% after linking your account, rewards will not appear as claimable on the account linking page unless they are first claimed from the Drops inventory. (You must claim the reward from the Drops inventory before it becomes available on the account linking page.)
- If the campaign ends without clicking Claim Drops / Claim Now, rewards can no longer be obtained after a certain period following campaign closure.
- If rewards have not yet been received in-game from the linking page (Link), they can still be claimed during the reward claim period. (* In-game mailbox storage period after delivery: 7 days)
- (iOS) Twitch Drops viewing missions can be completed through the Twitch app, but rewards cannot be claimed from the app inventory. Please access Twitch through a PC or mobile web browser to claim rewards.
