Following the maintenance on 1/29 (Thu), we have confirmed an issue where the previous Energy mail distribution did not end on certain servers during the process of updating the Daily Log In Reward system and distribution schedule.

As a result, Energy was found to have been distributed in excess on the affected servers. Follow-up measures will be implemented as follows, so please refer to the details below for more information.

1. Details: We will refund Mystic Medals to Heirs who continued to perform Mystic Summons after consuming all 200 discount counts during the Phase 1 period. The refund will cover the portion where the discount was not applied.

2. Eligibility: Heirs who performed additional Mystic Summons after consuming all 200 discount counts during Phase 1.

3. Refund Amount: Mystic Medals will be refunded based on the count of summons performed without the discount, up to the remaining limit allowed for Phase 2.
