Hello, this is my first time writing a content here even tho im years old in this game. Yesterday had a new patch and game stopped opening / won't load or start after the update. Done reinstalling game/stove, searching for hours trying different fixes and in the end yesterday I'm not able to login. So upon continuing my research today, I found out that this file "xmag_x64.xem" in the game folder is part of XignCode3 anti-cheat engine (Wellbia) that can cause error or preventing the game from launching "when incompatible with recent Windows updates or security software".
so TLDR: I do some windows update and it is working now (for context I have windows update on disabled coz yah reasons). For disclaimer: this it the solution that fixed my problem but might not work on yours. Just want to share what fixes mine. thanks

I tried deleting it previously but still not working (same error) until I do a windows update. Also take note of your gpu driver especially if you are using older device. Game was running with oem windows gpu driver. but then I tried updating my amd gpu driver from amd itsefl but then it stopped working again. Now I'm stuck with the oem windows driver just to play this fking game. Might just install an emulator instead -.-
I tried changing the GPU the game uses from the Windows default to Nvidia (high performance) and I was able to get into the game. Anyway, thank you for showing me how to solve the problem.
