2. 결제 내역 클릭
3. 캐시 내역 옆의 결제 내역 클릭
4. 스토어 게임 클릭

6. 그럼 아래의 화면이 뜨는데 여기서 상세보기 클릭
7. 그럼 결제 취소 요청이라고 뜨고 이걸 클릭할경우 결제 취소 요청금액이 뜹니다.
그럼 요청 누르면 됩니다.
이건 14일 이내 구매 2시간 이하 플래이 라는 일반적인 구매 취소조건을 만족시킬때 할수 있는거고 동작 되던 게임이 갑자기 실행 자체가 안되서 환불을 받으려 한다면 그땐 고객 센터를 통하셔야 합니다.
