Now I'm curious. Since you are testing Tressa, is it possible to get more than 20 Agony stacks ? Was it really misunderstanding with their writing after all ?

Unfortunately, its caped at 20, but you wont reach that much against non-bosses ( you wont even need to reach 10 ); her base DMG increasements on her dagger is more than it looks like, and unsheathe dagger > shadow reload its an easy combo that helps you build agony easier, in my experience, you can do 20 in 2 turns with a decent deck + a card drawer; Tressa now is easier to use, more intuitive, and also does a good chunk of DMG through her cards ( Vital Attack costing 1 and doing 2-6 agony is good, but Curse and Unsheathe Dagger are her best cards IMO, Shadow Reload is awesome too but its a little more situational ); her bigger buff was her Ego Skill, since it does 4x2 agony ( 8 ) and also give you 2 daggers, that you can turn into 2 adv. dagger (8+4), and +1 on curse for every attack card, then you have 14 easily with her ego, and once you get 10, is really easy to keep it at least 16, even on bad turns for her ( with curse ); coursed gourge is weird now and i prefer to remove it+

+Cursed Gouge now activate her agony, but It does halve It too, so, unless you have her ego up, or you're fighting a boss, have curse ( either upgrade or skill ), and have unsheathe dagger + shadow reload, you wont really go 10 > 20 > cursed > 10 and then > 20 again yk ? need some set up, and idk, i dont like it, kinda mediocre;

my verdict is that shes WAY better for newbies now, since her decks are more flexible, she does more direct DMG, and her agony is easier to follow, her basic attacks also feel better now that they give 2 agony ( same as adv. dagger ), and newbies get Rei ( that can further buff basic attacks and attack cards in general ), Owen, and Mika; she feels more intuitive and responsive, while being better when paired with Rei now; her DMG is good, and shes a fantastic sub-DPS, really a straightforward 4*, shes not god tier anymore, but a good character to have built in your account and to fill that void DPS slot with multi-hit capabilities

So now she is more of a 70-80% front dmg output with an additional DoT instead of infinite stack DoT.

I'll probably raised her again when new character that revolves around DoT come out. Someone who could place more DoT, proc and retain it, etc.

Right now busy raising Amir & Maribel because tons of this season card & equip catered heavily toward counter 😑

Yeah, for normal fights the DoTs are only complementing her DMG, for bosses tho, youre able to keep 15~20 agony by the end of turn 2 onwards with ease ( 15*50 = 750% DMG "extra" DMG by the end of the turn ); im trying to get unsheathe dagger with the 0-cost unique epi. + draw 1 divine, im using her with Nine ( i dont have Luke, and Nine increases exausth cards DMG );

Abt the season, im doing Nine + Khalipe + Narja/Mika focusing on heavy cards and vuln stacking ( And Nine gets some weird DMG buffs when youre shielding soooo...)

its not hidden, It was shown at the live, and was also explained at the update notes, also, theyre talking about that for quite a while by now, and they've always stated that these would be unlockables at the Zero system, you just weren't paying attention or didnt read
