They're still doing this. There are still tons of neutral mounts that haven't been filled. Are you only letting a few people use the mounts?
It should come from elite mobs or guild bosses.
Are you even playing the game? I'm asking because it seems like you're playing Lineage Classic instead.

千鹤喜提机制、数值双加强，我原本说狗策划能改掉束缚的限制就已经很不错了，谁曾想伤害和其他机制都顺带加强了。这新公告唯一是人的改动。
还是那句话，不枉我以前写了很多帖子说明千鹤的问题，策划终于当人一回了。
但除了千鹤的调整外，其他的调整我不太看好。我之前发的小丑的问题依旧没有任何变动，新版德蕾莎20层痛苦相当于回合结束后，使用一张1000%的攻击卡，然后层数减半，下限是有，但上限估计也就那样了，只能等以后的新时代dot引爆手了。
这让我怀疑，官方好像真的有看讨论区和建议，或者知道毒点在哪，虽然他们不会有CM回话
