🎮 In-Game Guide Development Story: "Can't the guide be part of the game?"
I had many concerns about how to deliver the guide naturally without interrupting the flow of play in the game.
Thankfully, I was able to clearly grasp the direction thanks to the valuable feedback from 'Inditer' and 'Indieple' members.

1. Integration into UI: Naturally integrate guide content into the in-game UI
2. Giving Character: Guide like a conversation?
3. Seamless Production: Automatic output without separate interactions such as clicks
4. Timing Optimization: Exposure in specific areas that do not impair immersion, such as before and after battles or during movement
5. Embodiment of Experience: Level design that allows you to immediately utilize the function after the guide
(Example: Breaking through traps after the dash invincibility guide)

Current Progress: Items 1 to 4 have been implemented, and item 5 will be fully applied during the map design stage later.

I knew Humanitz was coming, but I didn't expect Menace and Manor Lords to be released as well!
Humanitz is a game distributed by indie.io publisher, which has a lot of games on Stove.
Menace and Manor Lords are distributed by publisher Hooded Horse.
Hooded Horse games have come to Stove quite a bit.
Whiskerwood, Old World, Super Fantasy Kingdom, and Cata Clismog are those games.

I tried a blacksmith game at Stove Slde recently
I found this game while looking for a similar game because it was so fun.

I got Rebel inc. as a bundle and tried it without much thought, but it was more fun than I thought, so I didn't realize how much time had passed. I played it for about 52 hours. When you play the game, you can feel why the US military had no choice but to withdraw from Afghanistan. It's easy if you play on an easy difficulty, but it's not as easy as you think if you play on a higher difficulty. It would be great if it was released on Stove.
I've also been keeping an eye on the turn-based strategy 'Mars Tactics' and the open-world sandbox strategy RPG 'Pathbreaker'.

재밌다. 중간 보스한테 한 대 맞으니 딜이 연속으로 들어와서 그냥 죽어버렸다. 아, 게임 겁나 어렵다고 생각하며 벽 느끼고 있는데 알고 보니 내가 바보 짓을 하고 있던 거였다. 피격 후 무적 시간이 거의 없다시피한 것과 그 외 유틸 기능이 방어막 하나 말고는 없다는 게 조금 아쉬웠다. 레벨업 시 선택 가능한 여러 공격 스킬들은 가져갈 필요성을 느끼지 못했다. 맞출 수 있는 경우보다 못 맞추는 경우가 훨씬 많아 확정타를 넣을 수 있는 기본 공격만이 더 중요하다 느껴졌다. 워낙 기본 공속이 빠르고 잠몹 피통이 그리 많지 않아 공격 스킬이 중간에 끼어들 틈이 없었다. 이미 딜이 충분한 마당에 다른 무기로 이를 보충하려 해봤자 양 손에 전부 들어오지 않으니, 다른 공격 스킬을 선택하면 경험치와 추가 딜이 휘발된다는 느낌이 많았다. 이미 기본 무기의 성능이 뛰어나 추가적인 공격 수단을 갖춰도 딜 사이클이 맞지 않아 공격 스킬을 선택할 필요가 전혀 없었다. 스킬 선택은 어디까지나 보조 무기를 가져간다는 느낌이었고, 이미 기본 무기 구조가 보완하거나 덧붙일 점이 거의 없어 부족한 건 체급과 유틸 기능 뿐이었다. 그렇기에 기본 공격력 상승과 방어막, 2개만 가져가도 체감 난이도가 크게 낮아졌다. 마지막으로 보스 공격 방향이 고정되어 있기 때문에 어느 순간부터 공략에 피지컬을 요구하지 않게 되었다. 생각보다 보스 피통이 많고 변화가 없다보니 금방 지루함이 생겨버렸다.
