I'm 'Khant Khant', the developer of 〈Dami and the Secret Library〉.
In this update,
I've tried to refine the 'feeling of watching' and 'feeling of emotion' in the story more preciously.
🎬 Story cutscenes have been newly updated!
AI-based animation cutscenes have been added,
so important scenes are expressed more naturally and emotionally.
Especially this time,
👉 The Korean and English versions use different cutscene videos.
Due to the nature of AI generation, it had to be produced separately for each language,
but thanks to that, I was able to capture emotions and timings that are more suitable for each language.
(It's a pity... but I put twice as much affection into it 🧡)
💬 NPC dialogue direction has also become cuter!
In addition to sound effects in the conversation,
animation direction with slightly moving text has been added.
Now the lines are
not just readable text,
but I hope it becomes a word that conveys the character's emotions slightly.
Through this update,
I hope Dami's world gets a little closer,
and a little warmer 🌱

I play for fun, so a lot of the smaller updates to refine or adjust rewards or times for events etc goes over my head usually. But with the last 2 patches I think? Theyve adjusted PVE content and connected it to the Shadow Company rewards and such. It was quite noticable haha. More rewards and more objectives to reach to push me into the higher tiers I quite liked! Its a cool idea, but then I notice they rotate OUT specific content like the Tower of Automaton ,which was one I really enjoyed and it already had decent rewards. But then they rotate IN something much harder (It might be a personal opinion by all means) the Trial Of Constellations. (TOC) That content requires specific units I simply dont have or dont have built optimally and im just sat here like....why? I know Expeditions can be tricky too,but its doable just doing level 1-2 with strong units if your persistent and patient.
TOC does reward really good gear and solid rewards ill give it that,but all of the passive rewards I got from Tower and the other pve content last rotation was just smoother and more flexible with character usage. Its sort of just left me in a position where I doubt ill get all the rewards unless I optimise characters I would otherwise never use just for this rotation route with TOC.
TOC isnt bad per say. It was just not something I ever really prioritised before this update specifically because of how Restrictive and un-fun it was to do for me. I just dont understand why you cant pick the content you want to do everytime. Is it just me?

Then don't do highest diff and slowly progress forward, as simple as that
Ppl like you, who play for fun, were complaining there is too much stuff to do and they are burning out spending too much time in game daily doing chores.
