My younger brother got into Hollow Knight on his Nintendo Switch, and I’ve been playing through some parts of it with him. I played a little of it before when I had a game subscription, but I never got really far. He’s gotten farther in the game than I have at this point, but I helped him out a bit by beating the False Knight boss in the first area. It beat him because he was too scared to approach and attack, so he just backed himself into a corner, but I think he’s starting to figure out that the player is very capable of holding their ground if they move with purpose.
It’s a fun game; I’ll buy it and Silksong whenever I finish all of my other games and whenever it has a discount.
Hollow knight is a great game, but I hate that they locked some hidden bosses and the final ending behind a boss rush
