끊는거 자체가 치명타…
저 같은 경우는 끊어 할때는 조금씩이라도 매일 하려고 하죠... 5일 이상 끊어지면 잊는 부분도 생겨서요
하지만 매일 조금씩이라도 하면 괜찮더라구요
현실이길게못하게함
끊어서 하다보면 이전 스토리나 다음 목표 까먹기도 하고 감정을 처음부터 다시 이어나가야 하는 부분들이 몰입을 방해하긴하죠
