양손이 각각 탭 노트와 방향(디렉션) 노트를 담당하여 처리하는 방식의 리듬게임입니다.
단순한 규칙과 캐주얼한 비주얼이 주는 첫인상과는 다르게 꽤 마니악한 플레이어층까지 공략하는 성격이었습니다.
(그... 그래서 Witch...?)
게임을 진행하면서 특히 인상 깊었던 부분은 화면상의 움직임과 연출을 고민한 흔적이었습니다.
조금 깜짝 놀라게 되는 연출도 있지만, 대부분은 게임 흐름에 큰 지장을 주지 않으면서 적당한 긴장감을 주는 역할을 해주었다고 생각합니다.
아직 Demo 단계이기에 느껴지는 아쉬움도 물론 있습니다.
현재 클라이언트 기본 해상도가 QHD로 실행되어 설정 화면에 접근하기까지 꽤 오래 헤맸습니다.
특정 해상도에서는 일부 UI 요소가 화면 밖으로 이탈하거나 오배치되는 경우도 있었습니다.
고정된 개발환경에서 미처 살피지 못한 부분이라 생각하고, 우선적으로 고쳐주시리라 생각합니다.
또, 처음 플레이하는 점장님들을 더 배려할 만한 수단에 대해서도 고민해주시면 좋겠다는 생각도 들었습니다.
High Tension 마커가 하드 이상에서만 출현하는 규칙이 있듯이, 하위 레벨에서도 비슷한 규칙이 더 보완되면 좋을 것 같습니다.
예를 들면 아래와 같습니다.
- 방향키 동시 입력이 요구되는 대각선 방향 디렉션 마커의 출현 기준 상향 (혹은 해당 마커의 별도 구분)
- 2키 이상의 탭 버튼 입력이 요구되는 패턴(탭 홀드가 진행중이거나 끝나는 지점에서 탭 마커 등장 등)의 출현 기준 상향
게임 소식을 보면서 Demo 단계에 이르기까지의 과정이 생각보다 빨랐던 것으로 보이는데,
바삐 개발하시고 많은 고민을 하고 계시는 만큼 추후 더 발전한 모습으로 게임 만나보고 싶습니다!
