Originally, when I played the mini-game, if I had over 1,000 Playke, I would post it through the sharing function.

1. 카오스 제로 나이트메어 IP의 명예, 평판, 세계관, 지향가치를 지켜 주세요.
회사는 ‘창작 굿즈’를 제작하는 유저(이하 “창작자”)의 무한한 역량을 믿습니다. 또한 창작자 분들이 우리 카오스 제로 나이트메어의 명예, 평판, 세계관, 지향가치 등을 훼손하지 않고 지켜줄 것을 믿습니다.
창작자 분들은 타인의 작품을 무단으로 도용하는 등 법률을 위반하거나 지식재산권, 초상권 등 제3자의 권리를 침해하지 않아야 하며, 공중도덕이나 사회윤리를 침해하거나 질서를 위반하여서는 안 됩니다.

창작자 분들은 ‘창작 굿즈’를 수량의 제한 없이 제작할 수 있으며 ‘창작 굿즈’를 직접 소장하거나 무상으로 배포하는 것은 물론이고, 본 가이드라인을 준수하면서 유상으로 판매하는 것을 허용합니다. 다만, 회사는 창작자 분들이 제작한 ‘창작 굿즈’를 보호하기 위하여 필요한 경우 판매 정보를 요청할 수 있습니다.
3. ‘창작 굿즈’ 제작/배포/판매 시 아래 내용을 유의해 주세요.

회사로부터 카오스 제로 나이트메어 콘텐츠 리소스를 공유 받았을 경우 회사가 제공하는 가이드를 준수하는 범위 내에서 해당 리소스를 이용할 수 있습니다.
회사가 제공하는 리소스는 허락된 창작자 외 누구에게도 전달 또는 배포해서는 안 되며, 이는 본 정책 상의 불이익을 받거나 법적 제재의 대상이 될 수 있습니다.
창작자 분들이 제작한 ‘창작 굿즈’의 저작권은 창작자 본인이 소유할 수 있으나 그 밖의 지식재산권(상표권, 특허권 등)은 회사가 소유합니다.

예를 들어 카오스 제로 나이트메어의 공식 채널에 ‘창작 굿즈’를 소개하거나 혹은 마케팅 용도로 창작 아트웍이나 ‘창작 굿즈’ 이미지 등의 콘텐츠를 사용할 수 있습니다.
7. 공개되지 않은 정보를 지켜주세요.
회사는 창작자 분들에게 아직 공개되지 않은 게임 콘텐츠 정보를 사전에 전달할 수 있습니다.

‘창작 굿즈’와 관련하여 본 가이드라인에서 정하지 아니한 사항은 회사 규정에서 정한 바에 따르며, 본 가이드라인과 회사 규정의 내용이 충돌하는 경우 본 가이드라인이 우선합니다.

9. 기타
회사는 창작자 분들이 ‘창작 굿즈’ 수익 창출 과정에서 제3자 간에 분쟁이 발생한 경우에는 해당 분쟁에 대하여 관여하지 않습니다.
해당 정책은 사전 고지 후 개정될 수 있으며, 개정 정책의 효력발생일 이후에는 개정된 정책에 따라 IP를 이용하여야 합니다.
이용자가 개정된 정책을 확인하지 않아 발생하는 손해에 대해서 회사는 책임을 부담하지 않습니다.
