While I was working on memory fragments, I was wondering why orange stacks
weren't getting any stats? I was doing it mindlessly, and then
I thought, if I have this kind of luck, what if I try crafting a dealer character's stacks on a healer character?
I thought it would roll well, and
the stacks that were always dumped into defense started rolling into follow-up attack, attack, and crit. If yours aren't rolling well, try picking a character that doesn't get orange stacks and
give it a try Seriously it rolled so well.
It's my first time seeing one turn out this pretty, so I'm excited and wanted to share it haha.

but seeing as World 3 is the only one missing them, I must have either not applied for them or failed to receive them.

sofar as iam aware the pull rates for every charakter is the same. But iam pretty sure its not... why ? I playing 3 accounts and today with compensation rewards i reached the 300 selector pick on all 3 and sofar i got around 10- 13 legendarys on each account but whats funny part is i got ALL Charakters on every account beside Khalipe and Hugo these 2 are missing on all 3 accounts all others charakters are kinda equal.
I think to say that in 900 pulls wasnt an single Khalipe and hugo is not purly rng anymore the chance for Khalipe and hugo are for sure way lower as the others charakters.
the most people iam asking about hugo and khalipe they got it from event banner not standard banner which makes this super wierd and maybe needs be looked into.

Out of my 8 five-star drop, I had 2x Khalipe and 1 Hugo so far, seems pretty fine to me, you are just unlucky sadly.
Theres 10 standard characters and you think your sample size of 900 pulls is enough to draw a statistical conclusion?

nha homie, you trippin lol, i have gotten múltiple copies of Khalipe when all i want is a Verónica (all of this in under 300 pulls) algo a friend only has 1 5 star and its 3 copies of khalip

The same thing is happening with me where all I want is the void 5 stars, but I have got almost every other character except them in the span of 320 pulls.
yeah its super strange i can see a system behind this but for sure they dont have equal chances
