Let's talk about the ML5 EEs real quick. Mediator Kawerik was clearly doing worse because he didn't have speed and damage, so we will give him an EE that has damage pen but reduces overall dmg and crit? What a clown show. You are straight up nerfing his "okay damage" cause anti pen exists. Like realistically for him to function: Make him cleanse block (wow who thought players would want to invalided a lame debuff). Or make him immune to turn resetting on S3 (but keep his ability to reduce his s3 cooldowns by allies), or even a heal on s3. 

But lets also talk about your favorite child "lionheart cermia" I get you want her to survive summer flan, but you might as well added extra attacks to protect her against celine too at this rate. But 50% damage reduction? Are you high devs? Like you could of kept it inline with a lot of other damage reductions at 30%.  Too strong and you could of been a little tame and made the EE at least def% but you give more gear score at crit chance.
