The half-anniversary is the Mayor's reception season, so if you just moderate the Mayor, you can easily clear all 9 difficulty levels. Ah, it was 4-star though.

The key to the current deck is to discard Rest cards as quickly as possible to embed the Extreme Light Sword into the deck and create Extreme Light Condensation as soon as possible.
