보상 설정할 때 이런 기초적인 것도 설정 안할 정도로 허술하다는 뜻인데, 인력이 부족한거임?
궁금한 게 이런 유저 동향 모니터링하고 보고해주는 팀은 따로 있기는 함?
당연히 있어야 하는 부서조차 없는거 같은데.
보통 이런 크로스체크는 모니터링팀 또는 QA팀이랑 같이 하거나 보상 관련 부분은 꼼꼼히 확인했어야 되는거 아님?
