Heirs who own a Stove account or have their own SNS (X, Youtube, Facebook, pixiv etc.) channels and agree to all terms in this notice.

※ Participation by corporations or joint efforts by multiple individuals is not allowed.

※ Minors based on their country of residence cannot participate in the contest.

1. After drawing your work according to the contest theme, post it on your SNS channel with the designated hashtags.

- Required Hashtag : #E7contest

※ If you do not have an SNS channel, you can participate by uploading your work to the fan art board of the Epic Seven official community (Link).※ Even if you have already uploaded your work to your own channel, you can also upload it to the official community. Works uploaded to the official community fan art board will be exposed on official SNS and in-game.

- You can participate with one or multiple works (however, repeated participation with the same work is not recognized).

- The submitted files will only be used to verify the use of generative AI during the evaluation.

- Image size is free. However, shortlisted candidates will be asked to submit data in the following format during evaluation, so please understand in advance.

- 5,000 pixels x 3,688 pixels / Horizontal and vertical orientation are free

- Main images such as heroes must be located within the central screen 3,999 pixels x 2250 pixels area

- Color Mode RGB

- Winners will receive an email with information on collecting personal information for prize payment and tax processing.

(1) Works (including nicknames) falling under the following categories will be excluded from the evaluation. Furthermore, if grounds for exclusion are confirmed after evaluation, the award may be revoked. If the award is revoked, the prize money will not be paid, and if it has already been paid, measures such as recovery of the prize money will be taken.

・Content unrelated to the contest theme

・Content commissioned from a third party (including rewards)

・Content submitted after the participation period has ended

・Content that utilizes AI-generated images and text, in whole or in part

・Content that violates the game's operational policy, or infringes on the rights of third parties, such as imitating others' works

・Content containing excessive sexual explicitness, violence, discrimination of any form, or hate speech, which goes against social norms

・Content that has already been commercialized or is planned for commercialization, or has already participated in or won awards in other contests

・Other content deemed inappropriate by our company.

(2) The copyright of the submitted content belongs to the creator, and remains with the winner even after the award. However, Smilegate may acquire the copyright of the awarded content through a separate agreement with the shortlisted candidates, and if an agreement is not reached, the award may be revoked.

(3) Smilegate may use the awarded works for promotional purposes by posting them on official websites and SNS accounts and other online channels.

(4) The selection results will not be individually notified to participants. Furthermore, the results of this contest will be announced through media such as Smilegate's operated sites and official SNS accounts.

(5) Participants are deemed to have pre-approved that their submitted works, comments on the works, and Stove nicknames, in whole or in part, may be reproduced or exhibited in events on media operated by Smilegate, such as official SNS accounts, regardless of whether they win an award. The reproduced content may be partially altered.

(6) If you delete your posted work before the award announcement date, you will be excluded from the selection.

(7) Smilegate does not bear any costs incurred during the creation of the submitted works.

(8) Smilegate is committed to protecting participants' personal information and collects and uses it in accordance with relevant laws. Personal information such as email addresses, SNS accounts, and Stove accounts collected during participant application will only be used for identity verification, winner selection, permission for rights usage, legal compliance, and prize money remittance.

(9) Shortlisted candidates may be contacted separately regarding the selection and award procedures. If no response is received within a certain period after contact, the award and prize money may not be granted, so please understand in advance.

(10) Participation is open regardless of your country of residence. Additionally, when receiving prize money, fees may be deducted based on the location of your bank account. Please understand this in advance.
