We are providing guidance on how to receive the viewer rewards from the Drops campaign for our Firsts who are watching Chaos Zero Nightmare broadcasts on Chzzk and Twitch.
Watch the official Kazena channel or Kazena content creator live broadcasts and earn rewards!
 
What are Drops?
 - [Drops] is an event system where you can earn in-game item rewards based on your watch time when you watch Kazena broadcasts on Chzzk or Twitch.
 → By watching channels with Drops enabled during Kazena broadcasts (DropsEnabled/Drops tag), you automatically participate, and you can earn rewards by watching for a set amount of time.
 → Ongoing Drops campaigns will be announced through notices or official channels.
 
 ◤How to Link Accounts and Obtain Drops Rewards◢

1. Watch Broadcast
(1) Watch live broadcasts from the official channel or content creators with the Drops tag enabled on Chzzk or Twitch.
- You can check if Drops are enabled through the ‘Drops’ tag on each broadcast.
 * Chzzk:

 * Twitch:

  - Watch time conditions and rewards can be checked through event notices or the Drops page of each platform when a Drops campaign is ongoing.

 (2) Progress accumulates based on watch time, and upon reaching the set duration, 100% progress is achieved, and Drops rewards are sent to your inventory.
 

2. Link Account
   * Only platforms with ongoing Drops campaigns can be selected.
 (1) Access the Drops account linking page (Go to Link) and log in with the account from which you wish to claim Drops rewards. 

 (2) Log in to the Stove account for which you want to receive rewards and enter your game account information.

 - If you wish to register without logging into Stove, select ‘Register without login’ and proceed by entering “Server/Character Name/Member Number”.

(3) Confirm the linked game account and Chzzk/Twitch Drops account information.
 
 - If you wish to change the Drops account, you can change the linked account using the ‘Change to a different Chzzk/Twitch account’ button.
 - If your Kazena account is not found or you wish to change it to a different account, please proceed again using the ‘Change to a different game account’ button.

3. Obtain Drops Rewards and Receive Them in Your Chaos Zero Nightmare Account
 (1) After watching the broadcast and reaching 100% on the Drops gauge, you must click the 'Claim' or 'Apply' button in the 'Drops Inventory' to be able to receive in-game rewards in your linked Stove account. Please claim your Drops rewards through the following paths.
 * Chzzk Drops: Profile Icon → Drops Inventory (Go to Link) → Latest Acquisitions → "Apply for Drops"
  (※ For unachieved Chzzk Drops, you can check your progress in the "In Progress" tab.)
 * Twitch Drops: Profile Icon → Drops & Rewards (Go to Link) → Inventory → "Claim Now"

 (2) If your Stove account and Chzzk/Twitch account are linked correctly, the rewards will be added to the list of claimable rewards on the account linking page().
 (3) After selecting the reward, click the [Claim Reward] button, and the reward will be sent to your in-game mailbox.
   - Depending on the situation, it may take approximately 5 minutes for the reward to be delivered.
 

 ※ Please check!
 - Rewards can be obtained regardless of the order of account linking and meeting watch time conditions. 
* Situation 1: Watch live broadcast, then obtain and claim Drops rewards > Rewards can be claimed after linking accounts on the linking page.
  * Situation 2: Link Stove-Chzzk/Twitch accounts on the linking page > Watch live broadcast, then obtain and claim Drops rewards > Rewards can be claimed on the linking page.
- If you watch other broadcasts with the Drops tag enabled on the same day, your watch time will be cumulatively reflected. However, it will only be reflected correctly when watching one broadcast on one channel at a time. 
 - Even if you meet the Drops reward conditions on both Chzzk and Twitch, you can only claim rewards once per account from one platform. (No duplicate rewards from Chzzk + Twitch)
 - Even if you achieve 100% Drops progress after linking your account, if you do not click the button to claim the rewards from the Drops Inventory on each platform, they will not be activated as claimable in-game rewards on the linking page. (Final claim possible on the linking page after claiming from the Drops Inventory)
 - If the Drops campaign ends before you click the 'Apply for Drops'/'Claim Now' button in the Drops Inventory, the Drops rewards can no longer be obtained after a certain period from the end time.
- On the account linking page (Go to Link), if you have not yet received the rewards in-game, you can claim them anytime within the reward acquisition period. (*In-game mail storage period: 7 days)
 -  (iOS) While you can complete Drops watch missions through the Twitch app, you cannot claim rewards from the in-app inventory. If you wish to claim rewards, please access Twitch via a PC or mobile web browser.
