This is a post to Lord Nine Hyojae PD and the customer center manager regarding account-related sanctions.

I am a user who has been enjoying Rona for a year.

A few days ago, I was penalized for abnormal usage while playing Road Nine, and I have not been able to access the game for several days.

Some characters I've raised purely by playing the game for a year, and some characters I brought as gifts because I wanted to go to higher hunting grounds.

I leveled up, farmed, and hunted here and there while playing the game diligently and clicking purely, and I raised my character.

Then, my family started playing the game with me. They also played the game by clicking with their hands at level 1.

I leveled up slowly because I wasn't as strong as others, but I got addicted to Rona's game and hunted with her because I had fun just eating items and rushing.

I played the game purely by completing daily missions, running dungeons, and participating in events.

I have never used any illegal programs, such as illegal macros, even once.

That's why I've been playing the game for a year. Then, around July 6th, while I was playing the game, my family members said that all of our characters were using the game abnormally.

Well... can this be considered an answer? I wonder what kind of abnormal method I used and they are investigating my account without any explanation.

If you had explained it properly, I would have understood that I had played that abnormally.

I never did anything wrong, I didn't use any illegal programs, I just clicked with my hands and played it, but when I played it on my phone, it was hard on my phone in cases like the Tower of Trials.

For me, it's all about connecting to the computer, playing at this level, and hunting together in the same hunting grounds..

How much time did you spend on additional review?

Accounts that use illegal programs that automatically return when you die in each hunting ground are left alone, while users who hunt normally are left alone.
