이미 영상 봐서 알겠지만 시간역행 시간가속이 둘다 있어야 하나는 패시브 하나는 엑티브로 써서 쿨타임을 짧게 가져갈수 있는거임. 시간역행이 바보됬어도 패시브로 써야되서 100렙 찍어야됨
