When you first start, it briefly introduces the story.

The protagonist had been investigating this sea a long time ago and the situation was not good, but for some reason he started investigating again.

And I also watch live broadcasts on documentary channels and such.

First of all, the first impression is very good!

I also really like the way the ripples in the sea surface are reflected by the light on the bottom surface , and the texture of the seaweed and coral .

And the fact that things in the distance are blurry and hard to see is also very well documented.

And at the top of the screen there is a depth and direction UI .

The first thing I felt when I played it was that the sensitivity was too high .

My mouse sensitivity is set to 1.0, but I feel like it's too fast, so I set it to 0.25.

Other than that, there is no inconvenience in playing!

First of all, the controls are quite smooth.

You can move with W,A,S,D and toggle to swim quickly with Shift .

The game uses the orange markers on the screen as waypoints to help the story unfold.

This is the action you will do most in the game going forward .

Right- click to switch to scan mode. Aim at the creature you want to scan and hold down the left mouse button to complete the scan.

When you scan , the number of scans increases along with the scientific name of the creature.

And importantly, once a creature has been scanned, it cannot be scanned again.

So if I say I need to scan 18 stingrays , that means I actually need to find 18 stingrays .

But what happens when this scan count is full?

I looked it up and found nothing.

But it feels good when you fill it all up.

Since the story development is the main focus, it seems that these elements were lightly added as a side.

After examining all the orange marks, a purple mark will appear.

The purple marks indicate the locations of the buoys .

If you manipulate the buoy, you should be able to find the source of the sound like this .

Press the F key while aiming at the exact point where the orange circle starts to fill up , and a new orange mark will be created if it is judged to be something to investigate at that point.

In this way, you will complete about 6 to 10 orange marked surveys per day.

Once everything is finished, you will automatically return to the exploration ship .

It doesn't have as much content as Subnautica or Abzu , and it's all about simply following quests and exploring .

Still, the modeling and texturing of the creatures and the historical figures are very well done, making it a pleasure to the eyes.

There are deep seas like Subnautica , but don't worry, there are no scary fish or anything.

In fact, it is scarier that the main character swims 3km underwater without any problems .

Actually, the most important thing is the price .

It is by no means a cheap price, at 16,400 won .

It's perfect for healing the brain, but I find the price a bit burdensome.

Since it's an old game , I'm a little worried about whether I'll be able to get it on sale.

And one more thing that's unfortunate is that since it's been a while since the game was released, it looks like there won't be any more updates.

Still, judging by the fact that there is still more content left after playing for 2~3 hours, it seems like the game will be around 6 hours long .
