First of all, what kind of game is this?
Let me summarize it for you.

1. Clear the area by killing enemies in each area, and then defeat the boss in the last area to move on to the next stage.
2. At the start of each area, when clearing, etc. , a variable card is given. This card changes the abilities of players, enemies, allies, and projectiles by a value.
3. Each time you defeat a boss for the first time, you will receive a special perk and gain permanent enhancements.
It has a very simple structure .
It's a fun game that adds a debugging system to the regular 2D action , allowing you to strategically control the situation.

First of all, Mashuang always sets the difficulty level to hard when playing games .
I sprained my ankle once at the last minute and died immediately.
Based on my experience, I will tell you a build that will allow you to play the game without any problems .
Once these come out, definitely pick them up!
In the case of throwing potions , you may want to avoid them because they are consumable, but they are an excellent means of recovery and provide significant damage during boss battles .
Even if you get a cat potion that enhances the potion effect or a recovery potion , you can pick that up too.
The heart of this build is the grenade .
At the start of each zone, or when the boss' health falls below a certain amount during a boss fight, you will be given a variable card to recharge, along with a grenade .
It is a consumable item that deals area damage, so it is good against trash mobs and has high damage output, so it is also very useful in boss battles.
(Even during boss battles, you can only obtain at least 4 during boss battles.)
Then, due to the nature of grenade fragments, it is very important to increase [Strength] .
Let's try to inflate this as much as possible by multiplying the variables .

It appears somewhat weak in the final boss battle.
You need to lose a certain amount of stamina to obtain a grenade, but the speed at which stamina decreases is greatly reduced, so there is nothing you can do about it.
In fact, if you look at the final boss's abilities, any build is ambiguous.
In the final boss fight, what's important is none other than your companions .
Since the abilities of the later companions are evaluated quite high, you should select 2-3 companions before the boss fight to create aggro .
And if you feel like you're going to die, you should also add a potion to keep the flow going smoothly.
The value of this potion increases even more if you have consumed a regeneration potion that gives a regeneration effect equal to a % of your maximum health .
I couldn't save enough of my teammates, so I got hit by a melee combo and fell down right away.
It may be because the difficulty level is hard, but if it was below normal , I would have cleared it without fail.
It was a potion + grenade build that made everyone lose their minds except for the final boss .In addition, items that debug maximum health have such poor performance that they take a lot of the fun out of it.
I intentionally did not mention it because it is at a level where you won't die if you add the recovery potion's health.
In the demo there were only 2 stages , but they've added quite a bit .
And it also showed that several items had been added.
And one of the things I said I would like to be there for during the demo was
I wish I could use cards on projectiles and things like that

I'm not sure if this has been reflected, but it looks like you can now use cards on bounced projectiles, potions, and grenades .
As someone who brought up the subject, I feel good.
And when using the subtraction variable card, it was a really good update that the remaining number is not discarded because it cannot be subtracted below 0, but is given as a separate card .
So, beyond the demo, let's talk about the regrets about the official release version.

At the start of the zone, there was no change to the battle style of manipulating numbers with cards and then going straight to the enemies to beat them.
Most of the item compositions are related to ability adjustments, and the identity of the game is also ability adjustments.
Ultimately, the builds I found fun were those with additional skills like potions and grenades.
In my opinion, items such as activating additional ability debugging such as hostility and attack speed increase the number of card consumptions and distribute them to other abilities , causing damage.
These become meaningless choices in the later stages. In the end, it is most efficient to use cards for health, attack, and defense .
If you want to make ability adjustments more active, it seems better to give abilities to card usage rather than debugging these additional abilities.
For example, after obtaining an item,
When you use a card, the card is also used on all targets within the target range...
If you drag a card to a card, the numbers add up...
If you kill a mob, you can get a card...
It seems that we need to approach basic card use more actively.
- Differentiation of boss patterns -
There are so many similarities between the bosses' patterns.
In fact, you could say they are the same, just with different appearances .
Quick attacks, triple-hit attacks, long-range attacks... nothing special.
Some bosses show different patterns, such as summoning trash mobs, blocking attacks with a shield, or using a long board.
When you first see a boss, it doesn't give you the feeling that this boss is completely different from the previous bosses .
What happens then?
In the first and second rounds, you won't be familiar with the battles, so you'll have to start over soon.
Once you get used to the battle, you'll be able to defeat bosses you see for the first time with ease .
I think that if it was a rogue-lite game, it should have been well-structured with a multi-stage format , but I felt it was a shame that the hurdles were too easy to overcome if you only had combat skills.
In my case, I faced the final boss on the 3rd try on hard difficulty.
I felt a lot of regret that we had already reached the end.
It seems that we will need to design barriers here and there as we continue with future updates.
The boss also uses cards on players ... I'll skip that part because it doesn't fit the setting.
Depending on the boss's characteristics, you can change the card composition by cutting down or manipulating a few cards given every time the boss's health drops to a certain level.
