I heard that the story for Kazena Act 1, Chapters 1-5 has been completely revamped,so I played through it again.
There was a lot of talk about the previous story,
and I hope this change brings a fresh breeze to Kazena.
Let's dive right in!
The most disappointing part when playing the old story was the protagonist's presence.
You are definitely called 'Captain' or 'First', but from the user's perspective, the feeling of being a mere observer was strong.
Even when incidents occurred, the agents handled them on their own, and it often ended with outside help,
"Am I really the protagonist?" was a thought that often crossed my mind.
However, after the revamp, this part has changed significantly.
Most of the dialogue has been changed to focus on interaction with the protagonist and
the Captain has become more rational in various situations.
Since it's a title like Captain, it seems they emphasized a more competent image.
Scenes of having personal conversations with Ray and Theresa have also been naturally added.
Getting to know these characters in detail from the beginning
increased immersion and I definitely felt like the protagonist.
The protagonist's role is also clearly revealed in the process of resolving the final crisis. It emphasizes
"We won thanks to the protagonist" more than before, and overall, I got the impression that
the protagonist's presence, which was lacking in the original story, has been greatly supplemented.
Lenore's feelings toward the Captain are also expressed more clearly. The "main wife" behavior
and full voice support were also satisfying.
The characters' emotions were conveyed much better, making it easier to immerse myself in the story,
and the characters' charm was further brought to life.
This story revamp was a successful change that scratched the itch and highlighted the protagonist even more.
I enjoyed the story very satisfactorily.

For reference, my favorite is Maribel. Thank you.

Week 3 - Day 20 Started! Don't forget to check progress!

This is the <Deep Sea Moonlight> magnet badge I received from the Indie Boost Lab badge acquisition event!
Personally, I think it will look really great for decoration because of the pixel art and color palette.
I also received two postcards with impressive colors.
The developer has been continuously uploading development logs for Deep Sea Moonlight recently,
and seeing the game gradually improve makes me look forward to the official release.
I will continue to support you!

Hello. This is Al-Gem-Haja!
This time, I've created a Faye guide video.
Personally, this was the character with the biggest difference between playing while knowing how to use them and playing without knowing.
I was quite satisfied that a character came out that I could enjoy playing during the preseason.
I hope this will be helpful to new players.
Please show a lot of interest this time as well!
Thank you!

Content Review
Q. Why I decided to evaluate the cards
- The preseason is a pre-play period where you can experience the season power in advance.
While running Chaos a few times and obtaining season cards, I wondered which cards would be good, and I thought it would be a good idea to evaluate them, so I created this content.
Q. Thoughts on Season 4
- I expect Season 4 to be released with mechanics involving fighting multiple enemies.
The Galaxy Net news in the event tab mentions that the movements of the Invader Legion can be seen, which reminded me of the Shadow of the Twin Stars Chaos where the Invader Legion appears. The characteristic of that Chaos is that multiple enemies appear, so you must form a party focused on area-of-effect (AoE) skills to clear it efficiently.
Since seasonal Chaos is released in line with existing Chaos concepts, I think combatants with AoE skills will be active this season.
<Content about the Invader Legion in the Galaxy Net news and the Shadow of the Twin Stars Chaos where the Invader Legion resides>
Combatants focused on AoE skills include Calipe and Yuki.
If you are thinking about a deck that wipes out multiple enemies, I recommend employing these combatants.
<Calipe, who uses AoE attacks by using the Vulture Ejection card, and Yuki, who has many cards focused on AoE skills>
Q. Impressions of the season-starting pickup combatant 'Hilde'
- Hilde is an Instinct-attribute Ranger combatant.
The characteristic of the Instinct attribute is that it has a mechanic that automatically triggers additional effects when you perform actions that meet certain conditions multiple times.
Also, the Ranger class is designed with a structure that focuses on drawing and additional attack-oriented damage support.
Looking at this combination, I expect Hilde might have a mechanic that performs an additional AoE attack when you draw a certain number of times.
If not, I'll just have to pull Hilde and study harder...

Q. As a Kazena user looking forward to the season
- I feel that Kazena is a game that is gradually developing as it improves its story recently.
However, the game is a bit difficult, and there are some convenience issues, which is a bit disappointing.
Nevertheless, they mentioned in a live broadcast that they are continuously making improvements, so I think I will keep playing, trusting in that.
I will try my best to enjoy Season 4 and post a review.
Thank you!
