There are two main types of coupons issued by stoves.

There are discount coupons for a certain amount and discount coupons for a certain percentage.

If multiple discount coupons are available, the discount amounts will be combined!

In other words, 1,000 won discount coupon + 1,000 won discount coupon = 2,000 won discount.

Therefore, the benefits are fully maintained even when used repeatedly.

When applying 1 20% discount coupon to a 10,000 won game: 2,000 won discount

When you apply one 15% discount coupon to a 10,000 won game: 1,500 won discount.

What if we use them together?

If you simply thought that the discount was 20 + 15 = 35%, which would be 3,500 won, then you are calculating incorrectly.

This is because the structure is such that after applying one discount coupon, another discount coupon is applied to the remaining amount.

In other words, I used coupons of 20% and 15%, but in the end, I only received a 32% discount.

Then, it would be beneficial to apply only one percent discount coupon if possible.

And the amount discount coupon does not affect the percentage coupon, so there is no loss if you apply multiple coupons.

So, if I'm going to use more than one coupon anyway, which coupon would be more beneficial?

60% applied to 1 sheet

50%, 10% 2 sheets applied

30%, 30% 2 sheets applied

20%, 20% 20% 3 sheets applied

No loss as 60% discount is applied when using a single coupon.

As you can see from the examples of 50% and 10% / 30% 30%, the greater the difference in discount rates between each coupon, the higher the final discount rate.

Also, as the number of coupons applied increases, the discount rate gradually decreases because the discount is applied to the previously discounted amount.

1. The discount rate of a percent discount coupon decreases when used multiple times.

2. If you use more than two coupons, it is advantageous to use the coupon with the highest discount rate and the coupon with the lowest discount rate.
