[Short Message Board] Added an Open Commemorative Event! (+ a few official community events)

I guess I'll have to think about it until the last day because I can't think of a game I want to play right now.

2. Event Format : Team Mission!

① Write a post or comment on the short message board according to the format below.
Title: Enter only <the game title you want>
Body: Reason for wanting it (at least 2 characters)

② Receive 2 comments from users who want the same title!
Comment: Reason why you want it (at least 2 characters)

③ Event participation is complete when 1 post and 2 comments are submitted!

※ If more than 3 comments are written, only the second comment will be recognized as a ‘team’.

※ You can write one post and one comment each (You can participate twice in total, once each for a post and a comment)
