7. I think that blocking re-semara and one-person guild raids also played a part.
I really don't understand re-rolling (the reward isn't a guaranteed draw ticket, it's a gacha, so they're blocking it)
In the end, it seems like they were too greedy for sales and ended up with a drop in user numbers.
