Hello. This is 7757, the developer of 'Good Night, Every Night'.
First, we apologize to everyone who has waited for a long time.
The final story update is scheduled to take place on October 16th.
We sincerely apologize for the significant deviation from the previously announced second-quarter schedule.
I had to resign at the end of February due to the earlier than expected closure of the workplace where I was employed,
which caused a change in the planned funding schedule, leading to development delays.
Subsequently, various variables overlapped in the development schedule and overall life, making it difficult to predict future plans for a while.
It was only a few weeks ago that I was able to reorganize the development plan, and we have confirmed the release plan with a more realistic schedule.
As we have kept you waiting for a long time, we will focus on development during the remaining period to complete the final story update.
The content to be updated in October is as follows.
First, the entire main story, including all main stories and endings, will be updated.
This will be a version that includes all systems and story branches that were planned to be reflected in the official release,
allowing you to experience the complete story.
However, additional content such as mini-episodes will be added sequentially in the official release version.
Additionally, instead of the existing development system, we have revamped the counseling system, which was part of the development content, into the main system.
(This is a temporary screen under development and may change later.)
We have reorganized the game structure to focus more on the work's concept of a 'counseling center'.
Detailed information about the new system will be provided in a future announcement.
In addition, we plan to release some of the artwork that was created during the development process but not used in the final version,
without spoilers.

인공지능이 지배한 도시 속에 잡입하여 콘솔을 해킹하고 탈출하면 되는 공포 FPS 게임.
좋았던 점은 먼저 그래픽과 UI 퀄리티가 매우 뛰어나다. 언리얼 엔진 기반으로 제작되어 사실적이고 뛰어난 화면을 보여주고, DLSS 등의 높은 해상도와 프레임을 지원하는 그래픽 옵션이 좋았다. 여기에 최적화도 잘 되어 있어 프레임 드랍 같은 현상도 없었다. 또한 전체적인 화면 UI 구성이나 콘솔 조작 및 해킹 시 뜨는 연출 등도 뛰어나 게임의 몰입감을 높혔다. 그리고 공포 장르에 어울리는 분위기의 맵 디자인과 사운드 등도 공포감을 잘 조성했다. 게임 플레이적인 부분에서도 인상적인 부분이 많았다. 유저를 쫓아오는 로봇을 피해다니면서 목표인 콘솔을 찾고 미니 게임을 통해 콘솔을 해킹하여 보안 코드를 얻은 다음 탈출하는 게 게임의 목표인데, 그 과정에서 오브젝트와의 상호작용을 통해 콘솔의 위치를 찾거나 스캐너나 캐비닛을 통해 로봇의 위치를 파악하고 피하거나 숨는 등의 플레이가 재밌었다. 또한 맵 상에 흩어진 데이터 코드를 모아 무기를 구매해 로봇과 직접적으로 싸우기도 하고 콘솔 해킹 중 로봇이 가까이 오는 것 같으면 도망쳤다가 다시 해킹하는 등 게임 내 즐길 수 있는 요소가 많다. 그리고 '진화하는 추격자'라는 상점 내 페이지 설명 답게 트라이할수록 매번 로봇이 다른 위치에 있거나 이전 판에 갔던 구역에 먼저 있는 등 매판 다른 재미를 느낄 수 있었다.
아쉬운 점은 개인적으로 솔플은 좀 난이도가 있는 느낌. 특히나 공포 + FPS 장르다 보니 두 장르에 익숙치 않으면 더욱 힘들 수 밖에 없었다. 그리고 정신력이 낮을 때 이를 회복할 수 있는 방법을 모르겠다. 정신력이 바닥일 경우 환각이 점프 스케어 느낌으로 나오는 데 이 부분도 면역이 없는 사람들은 힘들 수 있다.
여러 모로 긍정적인 인상을 많이 받은 게임. 솔플도 좋지만 친구들이나 다른 사람과 같이 한다면 정말 재밌게 즐길 수 있을 만한 게임이라 생각한다. 정식 출시가 되면 지인들과 함께 플레이 해보고 싶을 정도로 재밌었다.
