1> Issue Description
- The anomaly occurred because excessive server load after the update caused some guilds to be unable to properly match for Guild Wars.
- To resolve this issue, we have expanded server capacity. However, we are still experiencing excessive server load, leading to the recurrence of this anomaly.
- We are currently prioritizing additional server expansion and stabilization efforts to prevent the same issue from happening again.
2> Follow-up Measures
- We plan to provide compensatory rewards to Heirs belonging to guilds that experienced Guild War participation anomalies.
- Compensation details and distribution dates will be announced separately.

Before I begin, I would like to state that we called for a guild defense inspection an hour before the start of the Guild War, and all 30 members participated. All members were deployed to the Guardian Citadel.
This season, we encountered many strong opponents and have been fluctuating between 40th and 100th place. Before the Guild War on Wednesday, our rank was around 124th.
With the Guild Wars on Wednesday and Friday being so crucial, we are now in a situation where we have been harmed by a bug, received no response, and our rank has dropped to 146th. We can no longer aim for the top ranks, and I feel extremely sorry for the guild members who worked hard together all season.
Even I, who has been playing this game consistently for over 7 years without a break, have lost a lot of my affection for the game due to this incident. Please provide an announcement regarding a Guild War rollback or appropriate compensation measures.
