This Idea is one I’ve wanted to see since I started playing this game, even before the addition of auto equip. In the auto equip it should have the ability to manually type In numbers instead of vague sliders that end up not getting you the stats you wanted and then having to manually find the gear you have that has said stats. I would love this addition and it would make gearing my hero’s through my hundreds of gear easier. Thank you for your time. :)
There is an app for this already. An app that goes through billions of combinations to search for what you want, because that's what it takes to actually do what you're asking.
Billions of combinations that are so slow and difficult to produce, that this program uses your GPU just to help things along because the cpu alone is too slow.
With over 2000 gear. A search can last over 20 minutes. And if your numbers can't be produced guess what, you get 0 results and run it again.
Now how do you think your phone battery will hold up and how fast do you think this calculation will take on that phone of yours when compared to the processing power and wattage of a dedicated pc graphics card and cpu. Now what about someone else's potato phone?
The in-game gear tool is literally as good as it can get without making your phone explode. Use fribbels if you want to put in numbers. If SG could do this they would have done so with the in-game gear tool already.

The sliders should stay as a way to prioritize what stats are most important to be the set number.
This would mean in addition to the sliders a box containing a text box where numbers can be manually inputted, as well as leaving them blank would make the auto equip as it is currently for those who don’t need or want to have to do more than they do now.
