I've done some experiments to see what the current bug conditions are.
1. Seal Linak by activating Maruna's 3rd skill
2. Unseal Linark
3. Robbing Linark
4. Robbery causes stamina loss
I think it has these trigger conditions.
I'm not sure if it matters whether the seal is applied or not or if it matters that Maruna's 3rd skill is on cooldown.
I enjoy playing Lost Ark, but since it's a game where the story is important, I'm especially careful about spoilers.
