So I started without thinking about it… and guess what?

These five words are exquisitely mixed together to create depth in the cat's journey.

So today, let's enter the world of 'Shutter Cat', who goes on a journey to find memories with a camera in hand!

🐾 Game Introduction – “Taking pictures is like leaving memories!”

Shuttercat is a 2.5D puzzle adventure game starring a cat holding a camera .

The player controls a cat and travels through a world that has been reduced to ruins.
It's a story about remembering my master by gathering memories one by one.

As soon as it starts, the cat is sitting among the fallen leaves!

A strong wind starts to blow, and the cat and the camera are sucked into an unknown world together!

After waking up and getting a camera , you transform into 'Shutter Cat'!

From this point on, the cat's real journey truly begins.

📷 How to play – “Take a picture, put it down, flip it, and remember it!”

The basic operations are simple!

You can just go down, but you insist on jumping.

You idiot...

Photos are not just decoration, they have a 'real function'!

If the road is cut off , take a picture and lay it down like bricks to make a road .

It can act on objects and even be used as a weapon in boss battles !

If you return the camera that flew away to its owner

I'm moving forward thinking about what I'll be happy about!

The game is Each stage is made up of one memory unit .
In each stage, we collect a little bit of the owner's memory .

This was a stage to collect boxes!

The object could be the owner's shoes, or it could be the owner's bag.

Find the owner's shoes or items on the stage and take a picture of them.
After safely exiting the stage ,

Only by placing that photo in a special frame can the memory truly be restored.

Once one frame is completed like this,

We continue our journey to the next stage in search of another memory.

As I watched the frames being completed one by one,
The structure gradually reveals the outline of the owner's overall appearance and story like a puzzle.
The gameplay is very emotional and has a clear purpose, so it's very immersive.

1. 📏 Look at the map and create your own route!

At first, it was possible to play without a map,
As the stage becomes more complex, how you use the map determines the difficulty .

Where to use the photos, what route to take to make it more efficient   Planning play is now possible!

This isn't an emotional puzzle, it's a hardcore platformer!

It was quite challenging, from precise jumping to split-second judgment and map reading.

When you enter photo mode, the objects you can take pictures of are:
It's color-coded in red and yellow, so it's really intuitive!

So it was good to figure out what to shoot and what I could use.

Thanks to this, the flow of taking pictures, turning over, and putting down continued smoothly.
I didn't lose my immersion even while trying to figure out the solution to the puzzle.

Thanks to the effect that makes time slow down the moment you take a photo,
I really liked that I was able to proceed carefully and thoughtfully like a cat!

In particular, you can flip through photos using the Q/E keys.
When you think, "This is not the right picture," you can quickly change to the next one and solve the puzzle!

4. The more you shoot, the better!

The photo doesn't disappear once you take it. It's a structure that must be consumed before it disappears .
I took a lot of pictures in advance because I thought I might come across objects that I could use while playing.

Then, at some really unexpected moments, there will come a time when you will think, "Ah! I have to use that photo!"
So, it was a huge help and strategically good to have plenty of photos in the beginning!

This system is especially useful in boss battles.

The moment I moved along the route I had planned in advance, I felt strangely proud.

There are tense moments when playing a game.

This operation can sometimes be more confusing than you might think.

But the structure is designed so that you can learn it perfectly in boss battles ,

"Ah, so this is how you write it!" I thought as it fit comfortably in my hand.

I think it was a great section to get used to the controls because the boss fight itself was a stable scale that wasn't too much!
