작년 슬데 작품으로 참여했던 작품이 출시를 했다고 하여 구매는 하였지만, 시간이 나질 않아 다른 작품들과 함께 라이브러리에 고이 모셔두고 먼지가 쌓이고 있을 때, 가격을 생각했을 때 한 3~4시간이면 되겠지 하면서 플레이를 했는데, 생각보다 너무 긴 플레이 타임에 놀랐습니다. 그래서 예상치 못한 플레이 타임에 이제야 리뷰글을 작성하게 되네요.
일단 게임 초반부의 사소한 에러 부분이 있었습니다.
주인공인 서성한이 자퇴서를 작성한다는 내용의 화면인데, 자퇴서가 고등학교가 아닌 대학교 부분으로 되어 있더라고요.
사소한 에러 였습니다.
예상했던 작품의 내용은 주인공인 서성한과 유수아는 서로 아는 사이였지만, 왜인지 유수아는 서성한을 기억하지 못 하는 것으로 보아,
예전에 어떠한 사건이 있었을 것이라 예상이 되었습니다.
그러한 과정에서 유수아가 잊어버린 기억을 찾고 다시 서로 잘 지내게 되는 그런 느낌의 전개를 예상했습니다.
전개 자체는 예상한 것이 맞는데, 과거의 사건이 생각보다 무거운 내용이라 솔직히 조금 놀랐습니다.
단순히 서성한과 유수아만 관련되어 있는 것이 아닌, 여러명이 더 관련이 있었고, 점점 플레이를 하면서 사건의 퍼즐이 맞춰진다는 느낌이 들었습니다.
그래서 나름 내용을 유추하고, 등장 인물의 관계를 따로 적어서 정리하면서 플레이 하기도 하였습니다.
너무 많은 내용을 적기에는 강한 스포가 될 수 밖에 없으며, 조금 무거운 내용을 담고 있고, 여러 반전이 있다는 것 정도만 적을 수 있을 것 같네요.
가끔 스토리 전개 중심의 비노벨도 해보고 싶은 느낌이 드는 터라 괜찮게 플레이를 했습니다만, 안 좋은 점도 있었습니다.
『긴 플레이 타임』
플레이를 하다 보면, 하나의 내용을 여러명의 관점으로 전개하는 그런 부분이 많이 나오는데,
서로의 생각과 느낌이 이렇게 다르구나. 하고 느낄 수 있지만, 그만큼 똑같은 내용을 또 봐야 하기 때문에 다소 루즈해지는 느낌을 받았으며,
이러한 부분 때문에 플레이 타임이 생각보다 더 길어진게 아닌가 싶은 생각이 들었습니다.
『이상하게 심한 버벅임』
게임의 내용과는 별개인 문제이긴 합니다만, 이 버벅임이 위에서 언급한 긴 플레이 타임을 더 부각시키는 요소였습니다.
이건 제 컴퓨터 환경의 문제일지도 모르겠습니다만,
rtx3070을 쓰는 결코 낮은 사양은 아니라고 생각을 하는데, 이상하게 텍스트가 출력이 되는 것이나 화면 전환 등등 사운드 빼고는 버벅임이 심하게 느껴졌습니다.
그래서 이게 심할경우 에러창이 뜨면서 게임을 다시 접속해야하는 경우도 빈번했고요.
다른 비노벨에서는 겪어보지 못한 버벅임이라 불편했었기 때문에 적어봤습니다.
그럼에도 이 가격에 이정도 플레이 타임이 나오는 것도 말이 안되는데, 그 내용도 결코 부족하지 않다는 부분에서,
조금만 다듬으면 다음에도 좋은 작품이 나오지 않을까 하는 생각이 들었습니다.
