"Burjong"

Even its size is so huge that it can be overwhelming when you first see it.

Just before reaching the end of the public water area, there is a side road that looks suspicious at first glance.

If you take that shortcut, you'll come face to face with a fearsome Burjong.

I say this calmly now, but when I first saw him, my heart skipped a beat.

It was scarier than the mime that suddenly popped out.

When Burjong enters battle, he will pick up one of his party members and cast Eat.

This is a really tricky pattern.

A eaten party member is treated as if they do not exist.

Resurrection tint, purification, and recovery all don't work.

And if all other party members are destroyed before you take it out, you will be digested and die.

This also applies when the number of party members exceeds four in the future.

Even if you try to take it out during the final resistance, it has already been digested and gone to the other world.

The pattern is more painful than you might think, and it's not easy to get rid of.

I don't even know how to get it out, so it looks like the two of them will just have to fight.

Actually, the method to take it out is simple.

If you eat it, just make it make you throw up.

When you destroy a burrow, it will spit out the party member it ate.

Just fill up the yellow gauge under your health bar and use the 'Destructible' skill.

(Even if the gauge is low, you can destroy it by hitting it with a destructible skill and filling it up)

I recommend actively utilizing Gustav's Overcharge.

At that point, there is no other destructive skill that can be overcharged.

If Gustav had been eaten... that would be a shame.

And by the time it's destroyed, the blood of the Burjong has been greatly reduced.

When the destruction technique or setting is not perfect, you have to completely beat it to destroy it.

By the way, if you watch the counter carefully and hit it a lot, it will be destroyed quickly.

Below are some other tips:

1. The combo pattern is slower than you think. You can 'hit as soon as you see the fist go up and come down.'

2. If you are not confident in performing a combo, press dodge when your fist goes up.

3. The spitting pattern is easy if you spit 'Hwae~', pause for a beat, and then throw it out.

(In this game, the projectiles mostly fly in a consistent pattern, making them easy to hit)

4. Don't be scared when he sticks his head in.

It's not as difficult as you might think, despite its size.

Take on the challenge boldly.

The main rewards are the Augmented Counter Pictos and the Burjong Family.

The increase in counter damage is quite significant, so I recommend keeping it with Lumina.

Another reward is 'Burjong Leather'
