In the personal information collection list, there were only options for the Galaxy Tab and merchandise, so I didn't enter anything, but they said they canceled my win because I didn't fill it out... Did anyone who won a Google Gift Card see a Google Gift Card option in the personal information collection list? As far as I saw, there was no option for the Google Gift Card, and it's driving me crazy..

In that other game, Sol Enchant, they said they'd penalize PKers, and the PK rate dropped like magic.

What do you guys even do? You've neglected the PK issue for two years, and now the few remaining neutral players are about to quit too.

You should do what needs to be done, instead of spouting nonsense about how PK is just another way to enjoy the game.

Do you think office workers feel like playing when they come home after a long day only to find their characters dead? 

You keep responding with indifference, which is why all the users are quitting, you idiots. 

The people who PK are idiots, but you guys are even bigger idiots for standing by and watching when you could solve it. 

You could make the drop rate for PKers near zero, or make it extremely difficult to clear their chaotic status.

You could apply a heavy penalty to their attack and defense stats the higher their chaotic level is, or apply a penalty to the damage they deal to and receive from mobs, similar to the magic resistance system. 

If you actually wanted to do something, there's so much you could do. 

You could just make it so that official guild wars don't incur penalties; is that so hard? 

The guys who PK and harass normal players are idiots, but you guys are even bigger idiots for standing by and watching when you could solve it. 

There's a limit to how much you can neglect a game; if you don't even improve the basics and just keep pushing out packages, who's going to pay to play?
